Physical traits are hereditary, and affect a tokota's appearance. They can be expressed, or carried (hidden) on all builds and mane types. All traits have a 10% chance of passing to offspring, and a 30% chance if both parents carry it. You currently need to list Physical Traits in breeding requests in order for them to be applied in the breeding.

Akotas can express physical traits, the physical traits available to them are listed below.  Any that are unavailable, can still be carried by Akotas genetically and be rolled in breedings.

Breeding For Physical Traits:

• Oddball Trait increases the chance of inheriting physical traits
• Oddball II Trait (Unlocked with an Elemental Heart) significantly increases the chance of inheriting physical traits
• Pug Companion provides a +3 chance to pass down a physical trait

FAQ

If my tokota has a physical trait, does it have to express it in the import design?

No, you may choose to have your tokota's trait "Carried" (not show it), but you cannot get rid of a physical trait from a geno.

Can I add a physical trait to an already-uploaded Tokota?

Yes! Uploaded tokota can get physical traits added with Soul Pool Water just as a geno can. This can be done in the appropriate section of the Design Central journal.

Can I modify the lineart of a physical trait, such as making Floppy or Rose ears display differently/point in different directions?

Yes, but a small item is required to change the line-art.
*If you want to express, for example, only one flop or one rose ear, and one normal ear, then an item is not required unless you are altering the physical trait or normal ear line-art for either ear.
