I was reading over our old lore and encyclopedia data, making changes to the script here and there when I came across our most recent guide to POMO enhancement at the top of the Encyclopedia Infinium section.

A lot of the information entered in that guide has not been changed, what I would like to highlight in this journal that will be changed are The Bond Types as well as the POMO types and the amount of effort involved in picking POMO forms. I will explain why I did this at the end of the journal.

When I refer to POMO bonds, im referring to this diagram in the Bonds section of the guide. It completely conflicts my current understand of how POMOfication works, and at the same time when you read this it probably confused the crap out of you xD. As of right now consider that information no longer valid. As such no longer worry about relating it to your POMOs, or incorporating it at all.

The reason is because its an unnessecary addition to an already fairly open ended and complex system.

The other reason relates to POMO types, and how I have simplified them. In the guide there are hard and soft POMO bonds, and 5 different groups, but when you scroll down in the guide, those groups are then broken up anyways into sub-catagories of POMO forms. I realised that this was a little silly and one of the types, the Junkyard POMO, was related enough to Mecha to just be classed under that type. The changes to binds also means you no longer have to worry about loosing your soul stone or soul trapped character should your "Hard forms" be destroyed, all POMO forms now react the same way to injury and destruction.

So instead of Five POMO classes with two sets of bonds, we now have four classes of POMO with subcatagories and no bonds to worry about.

Also I took the liberty of making icons to help you familiarise yourself with these changes!

These four classes from left to right are: Organic, Mecha, Toy and Elemental.

It may not sound like a lot, but to put it in perspective, the changes are quite substantial! Take a look at the diagram below to see for yourself. The image on the left is the one available on the guide. The one on the right is how POMO enhancements work now :D.

And now the explanation for why now!

It is because I haven't seen a lot of POMO characters made yet, and I feel that may be due to the complicated nature of the process. My hope is simplifying this now will make it easier on you all, and will prevent any existing POMO forms from having to adapt to a new system.

Anyways I hope this helps :D and good luck in creating those un-living un-mortals.
