What you will be drawing for the contest will be Sierra, the Helmi dog mascot, in the same picture with any of the three wish fox mascots; Neptune, Decree and Diligence.
Just to make this clear, you cannot draw them as a couple. just friends.

Wish Paper Information
Wish papers are by lore given when a fox grants wishes, however there is another way aside from that to earn them. These are called self fulfillment wishes. These wishes are gained through various ways involving you and your wish fox. The good thing about it, is that once you've gathered enough you can exchange your wishes for wish that allows you to get a new trait granted from the judgements. Please note that wishes are bounded to the soul that got them and cannot be given or traded around. Below are some ways of getting self fulfilling wishes.

When the Custom Status on the Front Page is updated to Green That means I am Opening Custom Wish fox slots, You will see a journal pop up that will sell slots for customs.
Prices Are as Follows:
Tier 1: Common Rarity + 1 Uncommon Trait = 10 USD/1000 pts
Tier 2: Uncommon Rarity (All Uncommon traits Available) 15 USD/1500 Pts
Tier 3: Rare Rarity ( rare - common edits) - 25 USD or 2500 pts
Tier 4: Epic Rarity ( All Trait tiers unlocked) 35 USD or 3500 Pts
