Oliver's Sub Stats Meme

Strength:
-Power: He isn't that strong, but his Thunderbolt is pretty strong, and could OHKO a Magikarp. It would take a few hits to knock out a water-type that isn't a Magikarp, and he wouldn't be able to knock out a non-water-type, but c'mon, he could OHKO a Magikarp. That's pretty impressive, right? Right?
-Defense: He can't take hits very well. I mean, he's just a small Joltik.
-Combat: He can't fight very well, and prefers to be the brains instead of the brawns.
-Moral: Very sure of who he is, and that he is good, this is one of his strong points.
-Health: He's pretty healthy, but his immune system is horrible and he gets sick easily.

Intelligence:
-Academics: This stat is filled up, he's pretty much a learning wizard. I bet his IQ is the same or even higher than an Alakazam.  
-Folklore: Not that he doesn't know a lot about this, but he doesn't believe in Legendaries or Mythicals, he thinks of them as children's stories.

-Memory: Amazing at remembering stuff, he knows all the type matchups, and never loses things. (besides his marbles when Soar acts like a little kid) 
-Strategy: He always has a strategy, sometimes it doesn't work out though.
-Innovation: He goes off what he reads in books, ideas of his own normally are based off something he read.

Agility:
-Speed: Fast for his size, but his little legs can't go very fast...
-Movement: As I said, he can't go very fast because he is so small. Short distances are OK, but he can't go too far, and sometimes Soar has to stretch out a vine for him to walk along.

-Tactics: Jump! He's actually better at jumping than he is at running. 
-Observation: Fast reaction time, this makes up most of his Agility stat.
-Dexterity: Not having actual hands, he can turn pages of books and pick up tiny things easily, but if he tried to write, it would end up as scribbles. 

Charisma:
-Charm: Who DOESN'T think Joltiks are cute?
-Status: Being small, it's hard to get others to pay attention to him. He's pretty high-ranked in his hometown, though.
-Tongue: Very good with words, never swears. The "never swearing" part is mostly from being around Soar, whom he considers a little kid, (little in age) and using big words is because he reads so much, and he loves using the complicated words from those books.

-Intimidation: His Unnerve ability, and his special way he can turn it on and off, makes it so if he isn't using his ability, this is 0, but if he is, it is 4.
-Empathy: He can read kids feelings, but adults are a bit harder.
