Indigo Creek's Winter Puppy Conformation Show!!

There have been may speciality shows within DARPG, however you don't see many aimed at the babies! So here at Indigo Creek we have decided to host *possibly* The Very First DARPG Puppy Conformation Show! This is for puppies ONLY as we don't feel there's enough events going on for them. In Monthly/Weekly Conformation Shows the young'uns are often over looked by the more flashy adults. However we, at Indigo Creek are making a stand and giving the little guys and girls their very own time in the spotlight!
No Adults Allowed!
This will be a month long event, which is more than enough time to get entries in. The show will not be extended.
As Winter and Christmas are just around the corner this show will have a Frozen Theme! This means fake snow, blue and white decorations and perhaps even some of the characters will make an appearance

Judging will take place on the 1st December.

Setting: Indigo Creek Kennels Indoor Hall* Frozen Themed.

Rules:

Realistic created breeds are allowed - please ask before entering -

Dogs are to be of natural and realistic colourings that follow the Breed Standard

Open to any one with a kennel / stable or ranch

Puppies must be between the ages of 4 months and 24 months old.

Pre-made line arts may not be used - all work must be your own

No tracing or photo manipulation is allowed

Full body image is required with full background

~ backgrounds can be re-used but line arts can not.

There is no pre-registration for this show - only post the form once your entry is finished

No entry limit

Extra Images, Stories and Handlers are not necessary but *may* boost scores.

Infant: 4 months - 8 months
Baby: 8 months - 12 months
Toddler: 12 - 18 months
Junior: 18 months - 24 months

We will be using the UK Kennel-Club groupings for this show. If you are unsure what group your puppy fits into please check out the following website - www.thekennelclub.org.uk - you should be able to search the breed and it will tell you which group it is in. If you are still unsure then please comment or note NarniaOrca and we can help sort where your doggy friend goes!

How the Show will be judged:
The show will start with Breed Judging and a pre-show examination of each dog will be carried out. Each dog will be scored as EX, VG, G or S and then the best Male/Female of each breed will be chosen (WD/WB). If there are enough entrants Reserve WD/WB will be chosen. The WD and WB will also receive a CACIB certificate and the RWD/RWB will receive R/CACIB certificates. The next round of Judging is for Best of Winners which is between the WD and WB,BOW will also win BOB and the other will receive BOS.
Once all the Breed Judging has finished it is the turn of the Groups. Each BOB for each Group will then be judged against each other to win BOG (G1), RBOG (G2), G3, G4 and so on. The Group Winners will then go for Class Judging, where the best dog from the entire class will win Best *Class* in Show. The final round of judging will be the 4 Class Winners going for Puppy Best in Show.

Details: 0 - 5

Background: 0 - 5

Breed Standard: 0 - 5

Impact : 0 - 5

Score = /25

* If the puppy has it's COA title through the Puppy Training Program this will give them +1 to their score.

Breed Standard is for how well the dog reflects the breed in its anatomy.
Impact refers to how you have use the medium of art chosen, perspective and camera angles etc.
