Tai couldn´t take it anymore, he felt so sick that he almost passed out. Adult Nova and Agumon rushed to his side.

" Oh no! - Nova cried"Are you ok?! " and she stopped projecting her memories.

The guy nodded.

" I won´t show anything else, Taichi-san" she added in a pained tone" I didn´t mean to make  you  ill...I´m sorry! "

But Tai managed to regain his smile and replied with a gentle tone:

"Please, Nova. Go on...I want to know more. Because you are standing in front of me, you somehow survived..didn´t you? A miracle is about to happen and I want to see it....please, keep showing your memories"

Meanwhile Ruki succumbed to an hysterical cry and began to deliver some hits toward Ange´s chest.

" WHY?! WHY ?! WHY?! " she was crying like a baby" I WAS FINE UNTIL I MET YOU! NOW I CAN´T KEEP HATING YOU ANYMORE...!!!!! WHY DID I HAVE TO LISTEN THE SADDEST STORY OF ALL TIME?!"

And Ange ended giving the tamer the loveliest embrace she ever had.

"Because you are a nice girl and you want to protect everybody...."

The girl cried for  at least five minutes , inconsolable. Usually a strong, ruthless person, ready to kick asses was crying like a baby. Even she couldn´t resist such sad memories! She felt it for the little boy who met and lost, at the same time, his angel and the heart broken for the angel. It was too much!
And the angel´s struggles to go back...unbearable! She could feel his desperation and, no joke, she could almost shout "open the damned door! let them get together!"

Suddenly she broke the embrace. Her pride reminded the tamer that she wasn´t the type of girl who needed to be petted in order to feel better.

"I´m fine! I´m fine! " she grumbled yet her face was as red as the apples" I ´M DYING   to know how the hell you revived!

Angemon almost chuckled. The shoujo manga style scene was cut off.
The tamer now was up to the shounen , tsundere self again...and her choice of words was quite interesting!
But he couldn´t help but want to tease her up a bit.

" I am certain that you are the type of person who avoids reading the hard parts in a book and rush, instead, to the good parts " and he petted the tamer´s hair , as if she was a kitten
Ruki´s tears finally evaporated, such was her irritation. She absolutely hated being petted!

"DO THAT AGAIN AND I SHALL CHOP OFF YOUR HAND! " She warned"And by the way, what you said is far from being true" but Renamon had another opinion. The digimon knew her tamer better than anyone and Rika caught the fox nodding in silence" Renamon...don´t you dare to say anything! "

Renamon  smirked. It was much better now than the depressing aura that showed up moments before. Seeing through someone´s memories was like being hit by a lightning twice...and seeing death was one hundred worse. But Rika was beginning to overcome the shock and acting more like her usual self, for Renamon´s relief.

Ryo Akiyama shared Renamon´s thoughts, he would gladly  spare his girl from learning about Nova and Angemon´s secrets but that wasn´t possible anymore. There was too much prejudice toward them and Ryo knew that in order to act as a true team against Lucemon, the walls needed to be shattered. And by learning about his friends´circumstances, Rika´s own walls may disappear and become a more understanding person...because she didn´t lack compassion at all, but somehow her perception about other people´s feelings were a bit distorted..at least, that´s what he always got from her.

"Very good, this is where my memories and Nova´s begin to walk the same path. While I was struggling in the astral realm, Nova ´s soul was navigating through the death´s realm...

Nova switched off her digivice. She was  concerned about Tai´s well-being.
His face was almost blank, his whole body was stiff. She never expected seeing him react so badly toward the holograms. Did she make a mistake by trusting him her secrets?

" I´m sorry, I thought you could handle this..but I was wrong! "she was completely regretting her actions...she should never had tried opening herself! Sharing her burden was a completely mistake...nobody, aside Ange and her own group from reality XII , was able to bear what she carried for so long. Being a courageous guy didn´t mean Tai wasn´t a very sensitive guy!

Agumon was as concerned as Nova and wondered what he could do to help his friend.

"Taichi-san ? Please talk to me!" begged the blonde woman  Get a grip, please! Remember...everything´s in the past now!"

Several minutes passed and when Nova and Agumon´s concerns were at their peak, Tai suddenly stood up .

"OK! Now let´s go back into business!

Nova and Agumon looked each other, shocked.

"Tai?"

"Come on Nova-chan! " Tai  cheerfully shook his fists " Show me more. I was pretty shaken at first, I admit it, but you...are here. Showing everything, so I know a miracle happened to you...because you are pretty much alive and standing in front of me...turned into a very beautiful woman. Shall I say more?

Nova couldn´t help but blush a bit.

"Uh..thanks?"

As if sensing her reluctance, the digidestined of courage took her hands and made her look at his face.

"By the way, when everything´s over, do you mind giving me your number..?" he momentarily chose to forget about Ange´s warning about not hitting on her. But heck! She was so beautiful and strong willed, she kinda reminded him of Angewomon (and let´s be honest, despite his crushes on Sora and Catherine he always had a special spot for Angewomon in his most private fantasies...)

Nova´s face froze up. Never expected that type of response!

"I...I..." she mumbled , slightly uncomfortable. The last thing she needed was some courting! Besides...it felt like cheating..." I shall continue showing my memories...ok?"



Not far from there, Ryo stood next to Angemon and could pretty very much guess what was happening down there. And intending it to be a joke, Ryo said in a cheerful tone:

" Now I get it,Ange! You are playing Cupid!"

Ange said nothing.

" You couldn´t have chosen a better guy.   No wonder Nova looks so relaxed! " and petted the angels shoulder"They look really great together, don´t they?"

The angel´s shoulders tensed up.

"Since she isn´t carrying a ring, does it mean she´s free?"


Ange ´s muscles tensed as well.

" What would happen if Nova ends taking a fancy at Taichi-san?" Ryo couldn´t resist provoking ANge. After all these years subjected to a harsh training as a Supreme he wanted to pay it back, at least a bit" Taichi-san is such a good fella, plenty of girls would love to date him...wait, Nova could be one of them! She may end up living in his timeline!"


"Akiyama..." warned Ange

"... And probably end up having kids together...!"

Ange summoned all his will to refrain himself from beating Akiyama to a pulp. 

"NOT happening " muttered Angemon, in a gelid tone.

The tamer bit his lips, trying really hard not to laugh. The holy angel was so jealous that his eyes were fumming under his holy helmet!

"How come you are brave enough to sacrifice your life and lack courage to tell your girl  the truth?"

" Enough"

"Come on! What´s the worst could happen? " Ryo shrugged his arms "Never expected you being a chicken when it comes to her. Or shall we , Supremes, begin another bet ? Mhhh..maybe I will win this one instead of Worthington. I still hate him for correctly predicting the time  you couple of nut-heads got over your pride and finally "Say Yes to the Dress"

Oh yeah, Ryo Akiyama , Mikagura and the Brits, placed a bet for years about Nova and Ange. The sexual tension between the pair was so evident yet they were so prideful and stubborn that it took a while until they sealed the deal. Year after year each the bet increased the money prize until the day Nova turned 20 and Steve predicted that Ange wouldn´t be able to hold his feelings anymore...and everything happened as Steve said. In the end, the annoyed group had no choice but to pay up 5,000 £ , each, to the winner. Elizabeth was the most annoyed for losing the bet.

"DON´T PUSH IT, AKIYAMA-SAN"  Angemon continued to project his memories.

! When I finally stopped fighting against the realm walls, exhausted and hopeless...suddenly, a light showed up."

" I don´t exactly remember how much time I spent it in the death realm "added Nova "perception of time and space in that place is misguiding. A minute could turn into an hour or an hour could be felt like a minute. But I wasn´t afraid at all. I just didn´t care. All I could do was think in Magnus, my dear brother...hoping at least, if he died, his soul would show up and lead me to heaven. But he never showed up. "He´s not here , either. So Piedmon lied about him killing Magnus!" I remember thinking "Where´s my brother, then?"  And the digivice showed something quite unexpected. Tai and Agumon couldn´t believe it when the digivice showed Tk and Kari being chased by Piedmon! The exact scene, from Piedmon´s last actions in their original digiworld was being broadcasted by the girl´s digivice. How come..?

- That´s when I saw them. While falling deeper and deeper in the realm of death, I suddenly came across two little kids. I was pretty shocked.

Despite her own tragedy, Nova couldn´t help but trying to reach the kids. She wasn´t thinking straight, she barely understood what´s going on...she just wanted to protect them! But no matter how much she shouted at them, neither the boy nor the girl could hear or see her. But Nova wouldn´t give up, and tried to grab at least the boy´s hand. And as soon as she got close to Tk, she could hear him whispering to a little doll he was holding in his hands "Brother, I am not afraid anymore. I will keep fighting..."

And that was when the scene changed. The little boy´s expression turned into surprise when he saw a blonde girl next to him, falling at the same pace as him. Tk ´s instincts lightened up and he found himself taking Nova´s hands. As soon as their hands got in touch, a very beautiful light emerged from their digivices.

" HOLY COW!!!- Tai couldn´t say anything else, such was his surprise " WHAT ´S GOING ON?! HOW? WHEN? OMG! OMG!

And if that wasn´t enough, the light grew up faster and faster, engulfing the whole realm!
The following minute, a triumphal Piedmon got the shock of his life when he saw a mysterious light emerging from the sky...and a terrified scream escaped his lips when he saw the figure of Magna Angemon in the midst of that light..carrying both little Tk and Nova in his arms!!!!

"YESH!!!!! FINALLY! GO GET HIM!!!!!- both Tai and Agumon began to shout in excitemente. Yes, it was pretty clear that little Nova was revived!

And Piedmon would soon get what he deserved, justice!
