Well this took longer than I thought it would. My computer decided to fuss at me a couple times during the process, and I had a change in hair direction mid-stream from bad directions. *sigh* Siblings.
So this is for my sister cause she loves Sailor Moon and she demanded I color this.
The wonderful Lines were done by sureya.
Colors were by me of course. This is the first in a long line of requests by friends and family, but not yet fans. If I do have any fans who would like to see me color something, send me a PM or comment below!
