Full base rules

Decided that it's about time to write up a more complete set of rules.

- Always read the rules in the description of that base!
    - This is because if any of those rules are different/contradict any of these, you should follow those instead.
- Give me and anyone else who helped make the base (original artist, maker of the original base I made paint friendly, etc.) proper credit.
    - This is honestly the thing that I have to remind the most, and it bothers me to no end. To credit someone, type this: ": icon username :", and then replace "username" with the username of who you want to credit. Then Take out the spaces in between the :s and the word icon and the username. It isn't that hard to learn.
    - If you didn't credit properly, I will put your used base in the "Needs proper credit" area of my favorites. You may ask me why it was placed there, but you should read the description of the base you used first, because that probably says who else needs credit.
- If it says to credit both me AND someone else, credit them.
- Please take your time while using the bases! This isn't required, but I'd like to see you try your best when using them. It's alright if it doesn't look perfect, but I don't want you to not try at all.
- You may use them for point/cash commissions, any kind of adopts, frankendolling, whatever!
- You may edit the bases in any way you want, be creative!
- Don't ask if you can use them. Anyone can use them, as long as you aren't on the ban list!
- If you're on the ban list, don't use my bases. Simple as that.
- Don't make hateful work with my bases. If you're using any of my bases to mock/be hateful towards another person, you will be put on the ban list.
- Link back here to your edit if you want! I love seeing my bases being used, and sometimes I don't get the mention notification for some reason.

I may add more rules here if I think of anything I missed. If you have any questions regarding my bases, feel free to post them here.

(Recoloring/stealing bases, not giving any credit to the base makers.)
