Those rules are no longer valid/count. I have updated my policy on the usage of my Artwork:  

Changing Policy of Usage of my Lion King Art.I've decided that letting people recolour my artwork may be a little too risky. With some people may not be bothering to credit me. Another risk is, If someone re-upload (Haven't used the bases or haven't put any effect in changing it in any way) my art, they may try and use the old rules against me, making the situation overly complex.

New Rules: 
Re-uploading: Absolutely not. You're not allowed to re-upload my work on Deviantart or any other site, even with a credit. It's lazy.
 
Tracing or Making bases from my Work: Sorry guys but I won't allow people to make any new bases/trace my work anymore after the posting of this Journal. My option on bases has changed over the past year. I'm fine with bases traced from screenshots of the official Film

I'll telling you all know that I'm giving you permission to make bases/Line arts for people to use. However before you do please read the four main rules before doing anything with my Art.

Here an example:       
Note: If you see that one of my arts have already been used to make a base, doesn't mean you can't use it too.
I'll pefectly fine with there being two bases made from the same art as long as it doesn't cause any petty disagreements.

 4 main rules of Using my work for Bases: 

1) Please credit me in some form, I would prefer if you put something a long the lines of " Original image belongs to Mellowix" . (If you don't give me any kind of credit then I'll ask you to add it. As this is my hard work and I want to credited for it please.)

2) If you are going to make base out of my art, please tell me by; commenting down below in this Journal or Commenting on my home page or noting me.

3) Though I allow bases and references to be made using my work as long as I'm given the proper credit. However this doesn't effect of other uses of my work such as Selling or re-uploading. Any Other uses of my work that are not Referencing or Making Bases will have to be asked separately and will have to have my written permission.

*For base Users*

As for adoptables, if the base you're using has the Original colours of my characters, you must change their colours. As if you try selling my designs, it not only stealing but it creates ownership problems with me and the person you have sold it to.

   

4) *Important*.

Some of the older artworks use bases them selves. So PLEASE check before you trace them. Examples:
