What is this? Well, basically, unfinished business.
While Wizard was the first series where I made Riders which actually went somewhere, one that came close was a bat-themed Rider for Kabuto I never fleshed out. Originally it was called Bach as a combination of Bat and Chi (Blood), but I switched them around and romanized to make Tibat. Because I wanted to avoid TheBat since it's obvious.
Speaking of obvious, so is Kabuto's bug motif for its Riders. I was dumb. My justification was to make this a Rider created by Dai-Shocker, since spiders and bats are the first two monsters of this franchise. It was going to be Yaguruma recruited by Dai-Shocker, but that ultimately seemed to go against his character.
Sooo with this update, I've decided he is an agent of Foundation X, who are the go-to ultimate organization. I'd imagine they have at least one Rider per series.
The belt buckle is still the ZECT design since it happens to have an X shape, but I guess the ZECT text would be removed.
Design is mostly intact from before, but I decided to add some Masked Form armor to the arms, specifically from TheBee. It was the one that felt most appropriate due to the bat wing design on the chest. This all + the unique base suit helps make him look more like an intimidating boss character.

Would've been cool to see Kabuto come back with some Gaidens or, like you've done here, with some tech sneaking into other series. Overall we need us some Foundation X revival.
