Group Rules

Please read these rules carefully, they're essential for the group to be a nice experience for everyone who's part of it.

GENERAL RULES
-Respect and courtesy must always be the priority. Treat others the way you wish to be treated.
-Please keep everything in the group PG-13. Mature content is accepted, but please mark it as such.
-If you notice any type of harrassment over group-specific things, please report it immidiately both to the group's admins and to the site staff.
-If you intentionally display offensive intentions or hostile attitude towards the group or any of its members you will receive an immediate ban.
-Not respecting the rules will result in you receiving one warning. After 3 warnings or a severe infraction you will receive an immediate ban or suspension from the group.
-Banned members will have all their Magnaraks reclaimed by the group and will be marked as Deceased, reused by the group or put up for adoption. You will be able to reuse the designs for other characters, but you won't be able to join any group activity.
-There are no activity-rules, so no one will take away your Magnaraks unless you become ban-worthy.
-If you are having any issue with an admin, please note OkamiWhitewings and provide evidence of it. The issue will be addressed as soon as possible.

ART RULES
-Tracing is not allowed, be it someone else's art or photos. Any traced image won't count for any MP or activity. You will receive a warning.
-Referencing is allowed, but you must mention the reference you used.
-Any submission must be made entirely by you for the game, using free linearts or bases won't make the submission be counted for MP.
-You are allowed to do collaborations, but all rules still apply. They will count for MP.
-If you want to remove an image made for someone else from your gallery, please make sure they know about it and have it saved somewhere.

DEALS
-When making deals, please be aware that some people might try to cheat, so never deliver your part until they've made the payment.
-In case someone cheats you out of something, please report it to admins asap with proof of it.
-Don't make deals unless you can provide the payment/reward right away. This excludes art deals aimed to achieve a higher Status or the Heart of Arakne.
-Please check that any part of the deal is legit at BroodmotherArakne.

BREEDING RULES
-You can sell/trade/gift/give away any breeding slot for whatever price you want.
-Don't make deals unless your Magnarak can't breed right away. This excludes art deals aimed to achieve a higher Status or the Heart of Arakne.

SELLING/TRADING YOUR MAGNARAK
-You can only sell or trade Magnaraks you own, be them genos or already designed ones.
-The group does not dictate prices, so you can sell them for whatever price you feel right or auction it off.
-Co-ownership is not something the group records, so if you want to co-own a Magnarak and something goes wrong the group won't be able to help.
-Please provide all informations to the new owner, such as art received, MP count, breeding slots used, pending breeding deals, etc.
-Magnaraks obtained through the Broodling Rescue Quest and Raffles can only be traded or gifted.

LEAVING THE GROUP/KILLING YOUR MAGNARAK
-If, for any reason, you decide to permanently leave the group, we encourage you do to one of these 3 things: sell/gift all your Magnaraks, return them to the group or kill them.
-If you want to return the Magnaraks to the group, you can decide if they'll have to be released in the wild and become group's propriety or be sold/gifted to others. In case you decide to return, you might ask the group to return your released Magnaraks back to you.
-If you want to kill your Magnaraks, please consider it well. It will be marked as Deceased and it won't be able to join any activity of the group. You will be able to reuse the designs for other characters, but it won't be part of Magnarak.
-In case you change idea, you can revive a willingly Deceased Magnarak only once. You can't revive Magnaraks who died for Fatal Injuries.
-If you had a breeding slot to a Deceased Magnarak, you can still utilize it for a month after it died. Owners are invited to notify those who got a breeding slots to their Deceased Magnarak.
