His Light

It is beautiful to know that, even though we sleep under a blanket of a dark sky
God still shines His light
We have stars and a moon, each with their own serene glistening face
The light is what is beautiful and holds our attention
The marvellousness of it all gives us peace
It does not matter that there is darkness because the light still prevails

And this is the promise of the LORD. That He has and will overcome darkness.
