A conceited Mothcat who, for the most part, keeps to herself - attempts at conversation with her often results in snide cast-offs. Myrrh aspires to be a lapidary artist. However, the ability to work stone and gems continues to elude her, as it does most regular Mothcats. A natural perfectionist who demands it from herself as well as others, she sees this as a personal failing, and it frustrates her to no end. However, Myrrh reads all she can on the art – a genuine workaholic, she will often stay up late into the night memorizing crystal habits and studying theories she may never be able to put into practice. In the meantime, her skills are employed towards more achievable goals, such as collecting and appraising precious stones. Though she can get jewelry made to her specifications by resident crafting faeries, she seldom does, and on those rare occasions her demeanor decidedly frosty.

Since meeting other Mothcats who enjoy her love of geology, or at the very least are willing to listen to her talk about Bowen’s reaction series far longer than is socially acceptable, Myrrh has opened up a bit in the presence of company. She no longer considers the occasional day of relaxation or bit of conversation an utter waste of time, though you’d be hard pressed to get her to consider trying anything so frivolous as having “fun.”

Gabby the Gabbro Rock - A rock found and "refined" (stuck on googly eyes) by Oz as a gift to his sister when she was young. Though Myrrh claims to keep Gabby around for purely sentimental reasons, her actions say otherwise - the pet rock travels with her wherever she goes!
