Finally got this done and now I wanna draw more ice, despite the fact that this doesn't even look that great. ;w;"

Challenge 2 for Rocket-Hideout!
Draw an evil form for your Pokemon and so I did with Sillecia showing more of her Ice-type side with ice surrounding her bows. That's basically the only change... But it's still cool, right?! QuQ"
