Toku sprite - Caiman Rider Alice

Normally I use this to make proper Kamen Rider stuff, but this is a pretty reasonable exception as Meowtwo has made a Kamen Rider-inspired hero that I really like the design of. Featuring some proportional alterations to the template (not saved as a usable template) in favor of the design.
