These people can not breed, own, lease or buy Nordanners.
The black list is permanent and only used for people who have caused trouble for a long period of time and been given warnings.

Alright guys, it is with a heavy heart I have to write this message today - 3 members have been blacklisted from the breed (with a chance of appealing at the 1 year mark) today [Jan. 4, 2020]. The cause was cheating, ban evading and covering it up -
Abusing the Cat in order to decease as a Nord, bring back as a Drake and revive as a nord to reset the slots. It was done maliciously, knowing full well what they were doing was fraud.
My admin team and myself have been dealing with this since New Years Day. To be quite honest, its been sort of a shit show. After showing all the evidence to my admin team, I let them decide what to do about them. Cheating is something the admin team is strongly against. For the sanity of your admins here at Nordanner, please don't. We are all volunteer here, we don't want to ban you, we really don't.
I applaud the member who came forward with this information. It takes a lot of strength, courage and loyalty to do so. I am glad to have a role model like them in the group.
As for the horses these 3 previously owned, it will go as follows:
Nordanner falls under the same laws as online games; you get banned and lose access to all your purchased assets. IDs and genos will be reclaimed by the group, the design and name goes with them.
Ranking in order of reclaims:
-Newest previous owner
-If bred by user, most expensive parent slot
-If previous parent slot passes up the horse, it goes to the next parent slot.
If both parent slots are of equal value, you must decide amongst yourselves. If you are the owner of the lesser parent slot, you must provide proof that the more expensive parent owner passed up the horse.
Foal IDs that have not been designed or registered will be recycled and parents will get their slots back.
BEFORE NOTING THE GROUP OR MESSAGING ME please wait for a journal to be posted. We will be including all fo the IDs/parents in the journal as well as all of the other information you need to know.

I would also like to note that I have had a discussion with BrindleTail the owner of Drakehest - she does not condone these actions either as no one wants their breed used for cheating. We are working together for a dual punishment. Don't blame Drakes for the individual actions of all 3 of these members.
