Hey TMNT Community!
The last time I did a contest like this, it went extremely well and it was a lot of fun, so I think it is time to do another one with a new set of themes!

Here's What To Do...
There are 26 letters in the alphabet, so there will be twenty six "tot-related" words or themes. Anyone can join, but there will only be 26 contestants. All you have to do to join is leave a comment below or PM RachelErica, saying that you wish to join and what letter you choose. When you choose your letter, you will be given the theme that goes with it. Once you're given your theme, you must write a one-chapter story based on that theme. Winners will be chose via popular vote.

Rules & Regulations:
Only One Writer per Theme
Once a letter has been claimed, no one else can choose it. Also, you may not change letters once you've been given the theme that goes with it. The idea is for it to be a challenge, and it's not fair to other contestants if you get your theme and change it.
No More Than One Chapter, but No Less than 900 Words
It's much easier if you keep it to a single chapter, so please no multi-chapter fics. No drabbles either. It must be around 900 words or more. Don't worry, I won't count your words (it's okay if it's like 700 or 899), but I will be able to tell if it's way too short.
No T-Cest
I probably don't have to include this since it's turtle tots, but just in case, no T-Cest.
No Human Turtles, Fem!Turtles, or OCs, but other AUs Are Fine
Most AU things are fine, just avoid human turtles, Fem!Turtles, and OCs. These are non-canon things that tend to take away from the whole theme of the fandom.
Any TMNT Universe is Welcome!
1987, 2k3, 2k12, 2k7, 2k14...Anything!
All Contestants Must Also Vote
Obviously, you won't be able to vote for yourself, but you will be required to vote once the voting period begins. You must choose three entries to vote for.

Dates:
I will start accepting contestants immediately. Once you choose your letter, you will be given your theme and you may submit it as early as you like. The deadline will be set for one month after all spots are filled. If all spots are not filled within two weeks (Wednesday, February 17th), the contest will proceed with the contestants that we have. Submissions must be submitted by Wednesday, March 16th at 11:59 PM. The voting period will begin immediately and will be closed Wednesday, March 30th at 11:59 PM. Deviations must be submitted to the ABC Turtle Tot's Contest folder in the TurtleTot-Literature group.
