During the last year I've been working on finally getting finished with photography school and I had to think up 7 photography projects. After checking if this would even work out, I chose to make a report on the My Little Pony Fandom as a whole while going to GalaCon to get some good photos about the subject. This is the result - and yeah, I know the whole thing is written in german, but that's where I come from and so the jury who judged the work of the students was german as well, as were the visitors of my final exhibition. So yeah, sorry if you can't understand a word in this thing, but there are the pictures as well and a lot of work went into that part too.

Also a huge thank you to the GalaCon Organisation Team, to everyone who agreed for interviews and for everyone who contributed by proofreading. This thing wouldn't exist without you guys.

Im letzten Jahr war es Zeit für mich, meinen Abschluss in Fotodesign anzustreben. Dazu gehörte das Erdenken und Umsetzen von 7 Fotoserien. Nachdem ich abklärte, ob das überhaupt möglich sei, wurde ein Bericht über die My Little Pony Fanszene ein Teil davon, mit Fotos geschossen auf dem größten deutschen Event zum Thema, der GalaCon. Der schriftliche Teil sowie auch die Bilder wurden sehr sorgfältig verfasst und ausgesucht, um die Szene und das Event bestmöglichst wiederzugeben.
Das hier ist das Ergebnis.

Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an die GalaCon Orga, die Leute die ich interviewen durfte und an die Korrekturleser. Ohne euch wär das ganze Ding nicht möglich gewesen.
