Description

Olga the Soviet Superwoman is intellectual property of :iconsoviet-superwoman: This representation of that character is a gift to her, based on a comment she made when she saw one of my characters represented as a Star Wars character. This is just my idea of what type of Sith character Olga could be. It does not represent Olga in any official or canon way. It is just a surprise gift for SSW, hopefully one that won’t get me slapped for taking creative liberties with her character.

Art by the AWESOME :iconexgemini: who worked very hard to make the character come to life.

Sith Olga is a near human from a remote system in the Far Outer Rim part of the galaxy. Her people are renown as hunters and trackers, having natural low light vision and a heightened sense of smell. Their home planet is wracked with powerful storms and filled with dangerous predators, resulting in a society that values strength and fighting prowess.

Jaz’ka Mallee looked at her reflection in the polished surface of the power panel and saw the face of fear staring back at her. Terror had left her green skin several shaded paler than normal, making the pattern of triangular facial tattoos adorning both cheeks stand out more sharply. Her blue eyes, a deep blue common among the Mirialan people, were rimmed with red from the tears coursing down her tattooed cheeks.

"He was dead. Master Luhn was dead!" That thought alone was enough to bring fresh tears to her eyes. The Mirialan padawan tried to shut down her terror and calm herself. She could hear her Master’s voice instructing her.

"Focus on the Force, let it flow though you. Be mindful of your feelings; do not let them distract you from the voice of the Force."

Jaz’ka shut her eyes and concentrated on her breathing, feeling her diaphragm contract to pull the air into her lungs. It was one of the first lessons her Jedi master had taught her. Her heart slowed a little as she controlled her breathing, slowing down after her frantic race through the bowels of the space station. Built on the surface of the Klatooinian moon, the station was a near-lawless outpost in Hutt-controlled space. Traders of all sorts passed through here, selling all manners of illicit and semi-legal goods. The air which she was breathing in so desperately was filled with the odors of death sticks, glitterstim, industrial lubricants, fuel vapors, and the biological odors of nearly 100,000 sentients living in an enclosed space breathing recycled air.

"Prioritize, remember the mission," she told herself. She and Master Luhn had been sent here to investigate increased slaver activity on the borders of Republic space. While slavery was illegal in the Republic, it was a thriving business in the areas under Hutt control. In recent months numerous settlements along the Republic frontier had been raided, their populations carried off to lives of slavery. The Jedi Council had assigned Master Luhn to discover who was behind the raids and put an end to them. Their investigation had revealed several likely suspects. The trail had led to here, this cesspool of a station on the surface of Klatooine’s largest moon. As Luhn’s padawan learner, Jaz’ka had accompanied her master on the mission as a chance to learn and gain experience. And learn she did. Since arriving here, she had seen all manner of vices openly displayed and catered to, including several she didn’t even know existed before now.

Master Luhn had been an obvious choice for the mission. As a Duros, he was the perfect choice to play the part of a wandering trader. The Duros people were an ancient space-faring race, and could be found in nearly every space port in the known galaxy. The sight of one was familiar and would raise no undue suspicion. Secondly, given the dangerous nature of the mission it called for a Jedi who could protect himself. Master Luhn was known for his skill with the lightsaber; in the Order there were few who could rival him, and fewer still who could surpass him. "Not that his skill had done him any good," she thought bitterly.

Pretending to be a merchant with a load of goods from Malastare, Luhn and Jaz’ka had arrived to pick up the trail of the slavers. That mission had been proceeding well until today. A contact had requested a meeting in an out of the way storage bay on the station. Master Luhn and his padawan had arrived at the prescribed place at the proper time. There they found their contact waiting for them. At least what was left of him. The body of the Gotal spy had been ripped apart, his body bearing both cauterized and open wounds.

Jaz’ka sensed her Master’s tension increase through the Force. As the pair of Jedi moved to stand back to back the security doors suddenly clanged shut without warning. The two Force users scanned the dark interior. Jaz’ka opened herself to the Force, searching the darkness. What she felt was unlike anything she had felt before. Never before had she felt such a strong concentration of the Dark Side of the Force before. It felt slippery and wriggly to her Force Sense, making her nauseous and uneasy.

"Careful Jaz’ka. I feel the presence of the Dark Side most strongly," Luhn had warned as he reached for his lightsaber. The fact that her Master was using his lightsaber instead of the blaster he carried scared the padawan even more than her Master’s words. Blaster shots were common on the lawless station; to use their lightsabers meant instantly revealing their identities as Jedi.

The Mirialan woman fumbled in the folds of her robe to retrieve her own weapon. The metal casing felt warm and reassuring in her palm as her thumb pressed the activation pad. Instantly a meter long blue beam of focused energy sprang to life alongside her Master’s matching green blade. Jaz’ka struggled to remain calm and centered within the Force as she moved into a defensive stance beside Luhn.

"Sso it iss true, the Jedi are here," came a voice from the darkness. "It lookss like I will be getting a bonusss," it hissed as a form detached itself from the recesses of the pipes in the storage bay’s overhead. A cloaked figure dropped four meters to land agilely on the bay’s metallic deck plates. Wearing a hooded black cloak, it was impossible to make out any details about the mysterious figure other than it appeared to be female. The Mirialam padawan tried to place the accent she spoke with. The voice was soft and oddly sibilant, drawing out the "S" in every word. The lilting speech had an accent that Jaz’ka had never heard before. Peering closely at the figure, the padawan thought she could see pinpoints of electric blue light shining from within the shadow of the hood.

The figure slowly approached the pair of Jedi, moving so smoothly she almost appeared to be floating over the deck plates. "The Huttsss don’t like people interfering in their businesss. And my Master has too much invested in seeing the Huttsss’ planss sssucceed. So the Jedi must be dealt with. The Huttss have a nice bounty open for those foolish enough to try to sstop their plansss." The figure produced a metallic handle from inside the arms of the cloak.

Jaz’ka tightened her grip on her lightsaber when she saw the metal object. It appeared to be a lightsaber of unconventional design. The theory was proven partially correct when the figure activated the device. A loud electric crackle announced the formation of a filament of red coherent energy. Unlike the Jedi’s blades, this one was over two meters long and flexible. Jaz’ka gasped in surprise at the sight of the light whip. She had heard mention of this type of weapon briefly. The general consensus was while deadly, it was so hard to use properly it posed nearly as much danger to the user as the intended target. The laser whip hummed much like her own lightsaber as the figure flicked her wrist, unfurling it to its full length.

"Remember your training, padawan." Master Luhn moved into the high guard defensive pose. His calm confidence was a soothing influence for the green skinned woman. The Duros Jedi Master’s eyes never left the mysterious figure as it slowly advanced closer.

When the attack came, it was with a sudden burst of speed that left the padawan shocked. Energy crackled as the whip snapped at them, blocked at the last instant by the green energy blade of Luhn’s lightsaber. The figure moved quickly and smoothly in a circular motion around the pair of Jedis, testing their defenses. Jaz’ka tried to remain calm, using the Fore to sense the pattern of the incoming attacks. She yelped in surprise and shock as the whip got past her defenses, the tip slicing off a lock of her black hair. The smell of burnt hair hung around her face as the whip lashed out again.

"Firsst blood to me," the figure hissed triumphantly.

Master Luhn just grunted as he ducked under another swing of the laser whip. Closing the distance between them, he swung his lightsaber with blinding speed in a complex pattern to force the figure away from his padawan. Several of his strikes hit the figure’s cloak, making it smolder but failing to hit the figure’s body. As Jaz’ka moved forward to reinforce her Master’s position the figure spun away, unfastening the burning cloak and hurling it at the padawan. Jaz’ka was forced to duck back as she cut the burning garment in two with her laser sword.

The red energy whip flashed across her vision again as she moved back. Regaining her footing, she saw their opponent revealed for the first time. Standing in front of the Jedi was a woman, clad in an outfit that confirmed she was female. Thin panels of nearly-transparent material were held together by pieces of metallic chain. The material, what little there was of it, covered portions of her breasts, arms, and crotch. The material was thin enough to reveal the tattoos on the woman’s abdomen and breasts, the diaphanous material shimmering as she moved. Her left hand was clad in some sort of metallic gauntlet sporting long talons. But as stunning as the woman’s body was, it was her face that captured the Mirialan’s attention. The woman’s face was strikingly beautiful, a smooth pale complexion broken up by face paint or tattoos of black patches covering her cheeks and eyes.

"Those have to be painted on, aren’t they? No species I know of has that type of facial markings naturally," Jaz’ka thought to herself as she studied her opponent.

The feature that captivated the padawan the most was the eyes. The irises were blue, a glowing blue that seemed almost electric. Their color was made even more striking by the fact the sclera of her eyes was black, as black as the facial markings surrounding her eyes. Those blazing blue eyes focused on the padawan now. Jaz’ka’s knees felt weak as she sensed the Dark Side radiating off the woman.

"Your training betrays you. I know you are a student of the ways of the Dark Side. What Sith do you serve?" Master Luhn demanded as his lightsaber blocked the red strand of glowing energy.

"That would be telling. That’sss against the rulesss," she hissed back, leaping acrobatically over the Jedi’s head to strike from behind.

The Duros Jedi spun around, the force letting him sense his enemy’s intent. As the woman landed he was ready for her, swinging his lightsaber in a final blow aimed at her chest. What he didn’t, what he couldn’t anticipate was her next move. As his blade swung towards her, the woman reached out and swatted his blade away with her left hand. The metallic claw tips on her fingers giving off a shower of sparks as they slid along the length of his light blade. Caught off guard by the unexpected move, the Duros Jedi was too slow to block her spinning kick to his face. He staggered back, blood trickling from his nose.

"Master, look out!" Jaz’ka cried as she leapt to her Master’s defense. The woman whirled around, her gauntleted hand outstretched towards the padawan. The Mirialan woman felt her body surrounded by an invisible force that cushed her arms against her sides. The woman with the electric eyes made a throwing motion with her arm as Jaz’ka was hurled against the storage bay bulkhead. Her head snapped back upon impact, striking the wall with brain-rattling force. Her world spun out of control and dark spots danced across her vision as her lightsaber fell from her limp fingers and skittered across the deck plates.. The padawan tried to get to her feet but her limbs refused to obey her. She watched as her master and the Sith woman seemed to fight in slow motion; her view distorted as if she were looking through a out of focus camera lens. The two warriors fought with total concentration, the Duros blocking the lashing red energy whip while the Sith used whip and gauntlet to keep his sword at bay. "It must be made of cortosis or Mandalorian iron," Jaz’ka thought as her mind cleared and feeling started to return to her limbs. She could feel something wet and warm run down the back of her neck as she struggled to get to her feet.

Without warning, the Sith warrior changed tactics. Up to this point she had been using the longer reach of the whip to jab at her opponent and using her gauntlet’s metallic claws defensively to bat away the Jedi’s lightsaber when he got too close. Seeing the stunned padawan begin to recover, the dark haired warrior leapt forward to smash her whip’s energy strand against the Jedi’s blade. Jaz’ka’s vision cleared up just in time to see the Sith attack with her metallic claws, burying the talons in the Duros’ unprotected belly. The woman twisted her hand, the claws ripping and slicing through his internal organs with ease. Luhn’s eyes grew wide as his stomach erupted with a horrible burning sensation. The wet squshing noise the Sith’s hand made as it buried itself deeper into the Jedi’s guts was burned into Jaz’ka’s brain as she watched helplessly. Master Luhn’s knees buckled as he dropped to a kneeling position. The Sith warrior stepped back as her whip lashed out, the crimson filament of crackling energy wrapping around the blue skin of the Duros’ throat.

Sliding up the wall to a standing position, Jaz’ka watched in shock as the woman’s arm muscles visibly tensed. Pulling back on the whip’s handle, the coils tightened as the Mirialan Jedi screamed in horror.

"Jaz’ka, run uurrkkk," Master Luhn was able to get out before the collapsing coils severed his head from his body. His body slumped forward to fall flat on the deck as his head rolled towards the shocked padawan.

The Sith warrior flicked her wrist to pull the whip free of the body. Jaz’ka felt her stomach heave as the woman sniffed her bloody claws then lick them with a tongue at least twice the length of a normal human’s. "Mmm, tasty. I’ve never tried Duros before."

"You bitch!" the padawan screamed as she pulled her hold-out blaster from the pocket of her robe. Firing wildly, she emptied the energy cell at the Sith as she ran towards the door.

The Dark Side disciple made no move to stop the fleeing Mirialan, even when the padawan used the force to pull her lightsaber to her hand. Using the energy whip the Sith deflected any blaster bolts that came close to her, and ignoring the rest of the hastily fired shots. She continued to lick the blood off her talons as she casually used the whip to block the last of Jaz’ka’s shots.

17 standard hours later.

Jaz’ka rubbed the large bump on the back of her head. It felt like she had been smacked by a rancor, but at least the bleeding had stopped. The padawan was exhausted, even using the Force to recharge her energy had barely helped to keep her on her feet. "I have to keep moving. I must find a way to call the Jedi Council, tell them what we learned, what happened to Master Luhn," she thought to herself. Just thinking her master’s name made her eyes tear up again. Jaz’ka forced herself not to close her eyes; whenever she did she saw his death repeated over and over, his head rolling towards her, eyes open but unseeing and lifeless.

The padawan was currently hiding deep in the bowels of the space station, in the piping carrying life support and waste disposal materials. The station’s squads of Klaatoinian security men and Nikto mercenaries were out in force hunting her. The station’s info-net was broadcasting her description on an hourly basis, along with the promise of a reward for her capture. Making it back to the ship was impossible; by now it had to be impounded and under heavy guard.

Jaz’ka studied her reflection on the surface of a power panel. She had ducked into this small service tube, hiding from a squad of Nikto security men. The small space proved to be secure, with only one hatch granting access. The young Mirialan hoped she would have a chance to rest, as exhaustion was beginning to take its toll on her.

She wasn’t sure how long she was asleep for, when a sensation of dread woke her from a fitful sleep. She rubbed her deep blue eyes, feeling them sore from all the crying she had done. Breathing deeply, she focused her awareness on the Force. Jaz’ka gasped and recoiled as she felt the same potent concentration of Dark Side energy she encountered in the cargo bay. She fumbled for her lightsaber, finding it just as the locked security hatch control panel beeped. The heavy durasteel hatch slid open with a smooth whoosh of fresh air.

The padawan tightened her grip on her lightsaber but paused before activating it. In the dark, it would reveal her location in a second. Breathing as quietly as possible, she peeked around the corner of the power panel.

Walking down the steps from the access hatch was the Sith warrior she had battled earlier. The Dark Side warrior walked slowly down the steps, her heels clicking loudly in the small space of the service tube. The dark haired woman paused, sniffing the air.

"Come out little padawan," the Sith warrior called out. "I have tracked your blood trail all over the sstation, I know you are here. I can feel your fear and despair, little Jedi." The service tube lit up with a red glow as her lazer whip powered up. The crimson strand sparked and sizzled as it was dragged across the deck plating. "Give up now, and ssave yourself much pain."

Jaz’ka stepped out as she activated her lightsaber. "You will pay for what you did to Master Luhn. I am not afraid to die."

The Sith laughed softly. "I don’t want to kill you, little padawan. Troxala promised me a large bonusss if I bring you in alive. Having a Jedi sslave will give him much presstige among the other Hutt crime lords."

Jaz’ka stopped in her tracks. The Sith just confirmed that one of their suspects, Troxala dez Luoine the Hutt crime lord was behind the slave raids. It was now more important than ever that she contact the Jedi Council. All she had to do was get past the Sith warrior in front of her…. Somehow.

"Sssurrender, padawan. Life asss a Hutt sslut is better than dying," she said as she flicked the whip towards Jaz’ka’s saber. She lifted her left hand to her face, her unusually long tongue licking her metallic talons. "I would prefer to wait until your training as a pleasure slave is complete before I taste you, little Mirialan," she said with a sexy sneer.

The interior of the service tube was lit up with flashes of blue and red light as the two women leapt at each other.
