Pluto and her Senshi

*BACKGROUND INFO RANT TIME!* A while back I was thinking about planetary moons and how they almost all have some. And then I was thinking about how we know that Sailor Mars has two apprentice senshi to take up the mantel of being Sailor Phobos and Sailor Deimos and I was like "how cool would it be if they ALL had apprentice senshi representing each and every one of their moons!" so viola!!! 

From left to right is Sailor Hydra, Sailor Nix, Sailor Charon, Queen Pluto, Sailor Kerberos, and Sailor Styx. The Apprentices are all relative to the sizes of their planets (hence the teeny tiny Styx) 

Hydra and Nix are orphaned twin sisters who were taken under Pluto's wing when they were five and are now fourteen. They spent most of their childhood learning how to attack as a singular unit but are now being trained on finding individual attacks should one sister one day fall. They are incredibly fast and strong and are some of the most outstanding candidates of all the senshi apprenticeship programs. 
Kerberos is child to a relative of Pluto's which made her a natural selection as apprentice. She joined at six and is now twelve. She is at the point in the program where she is just now learning offensive attacks to which she looks to the twins and Charon for guidance. 
Styx is four-years-old and was recently introduced into the apprenticeship, being handed over by parents who knew she was already showing amazing potential. She is a shy and quiet child and is scared of the fierceness of the twins, adores Kerberos and Charon like big sisters, and is often too in awe of Pluto to speak to her. 
Charon looks to all of the girls as little sisters she will never have and does her best to train them while her mother is busy guarding the Time Gate. She knows that there is a grim possibility that should her mother feel it absolutely necessary to break one of her taboo's that she will have to take on the Sailor Pluto mantel and one of the girls will take her place as General of the Plutonian Army. Secretly she hopes it will be Kerberos as she fears the twins may grow too powerful. 

Tadaaaaaa!!! I had the idea for this project a good six months ago and even filed it under "idea I'll never do" but I kept thinking about it so when I was finally feeling artsy again I knew it was best to start with one of my smallest groups. Everyone's designs came to be as I started drawing them so I don't know too much about them yet. The idea for their dresses came from Lethe and Mnemosyne and if I were to continue the series with the rest I'll keep changing it up as I go along. Also, I used ChibiChibi as a pose reference for Styx!
