Animated Thing with Wings

It's another animated gif. Yay! I enjoy making those way to much. Hopefully I get my hands on a better software for animating, because drawing every frame in Paint Tool Sai and then putting them together in Gimp is quite tiring and doesn't always work out. Point in case: The little jump in this animation. It bothers me, but fixing it would be waaaay to complicated at this point.
I was wondering if I should make the wings move, but I couldn't find a way that looked good so I just kept them like that. Also they're pretty similar to the symbol from Legend of Zelda, right? It wasn't on purpose though.
