Toku sprite - Shingan (Janosik Damashii)

You're not wrong in thinking I "skipped" Schubert Damashii for Anyu - I decided I'll do the sprites in any order, starting with the one I wanted to do first.

Juraj Janosik is basically Slovakian Robin Hood - I already posted the Eyecon of it to give some background, and even talked about him in one of the Eyecon videos for the Ganma motifs! Yes, it's assumed the Ono/Axe Ganma from episode 3 (which is also one of Igor's recent Ganma Changes) is based on this Slovak highwayman, because he appears in the episode about Robin Hood and is based on an axe, something Janosik is often associated with.

So, I used the monster's parka as the basis for this. I felt the furry headgear - and especially the charging horse-axe on the chest - felt too much like monster parts, and when you see the parka come off when he's defeated, the head piece isn't even there, so I made a simple hood using the hat Janosik is always shown wearing.

Shingan's weapons make a good Duel Wield Mode like Musashi, with two short axes, so that's where the face design comes from.
