Generals

► It is the commissioner’s right to read these terms and understand them upon purchasing a commission. As the artist, it will not be my job to assure that you have read them.
► Any form of harassment or disregard for these terms may result in an instant turn away and/or a permanent ban from purchasing commission artwork from me in the future.
► The artist’s judgment is final and I have the right to turn away any form of commission for whatever reason.
► It is my right to stick to all of the terms laid out here and I may not disregard them when dealing with a commissioner.
► Any issues or concerns are to be discussed with me if action is expected to be taken.
► You are free to request to see the commission in any stage of it’s WIP (work in progress). This will be offered by default.
► A general time for when your commission will be completed / moved to the next stage will be given after payment is issued.
What I Won’t / Will Draw
Feel free to ask me about some of these if you have ideas! Some I may draw but will simply not post publicly
I WILL NOT DRAW:
► Strong sexual themes
► EXTREME gore
► Fetish artwork
► Anything specifically offensive / distasteful to a person or group of people
I WILL DRAW:
► Tasteful nudity (within DeviantART’s Guidelines)
► Sexual themes (within DeviantART’s Guidelines and perhaps not posted publicly)
NOTES
I have the right to refuse any kind of commission request / refuse posting a commission if I do not feel comfortable creating it and/or posting it.
Payment
► All PayPal Commissions will be paid for though an invoice which will require the commissioner’s PayPal Email address (which will be kept confidential)
► At least half of the commission price must be paid before I will begin working unless other negotiations have been made.
► The commission must be paid for in full before all files will be transferred to the commissioner.
Edits and Re-Dos
► Any edits that need to be made will be included in the commission cost if the image is still in its WIP stages.
► Minor edits on a final image may also be free depending on the complexity of the full commission work.
► An extra charge will be issued for any larger changes that need to be corrected.
► Anything that is incorrect due to the fault of the artist will be fixed free of charge.
Refunds
► If a refund must be issued, the amount refunded will highly depend on how much progress has already been made on the commission. Example: Half of the commission is finished, therefore half of the payment can be refunded.
► You have the right to appeal for a fuller refund if you believe you have sufficient reasoning.
► Refunds may not always be instantaneous but will take no longer than 1 month to be issued.
Rights
► The commissioner is NOT allowed to reproduce or directly profit off of the commissioned work.
► The commissioner is allowed to publicly display, re-post, use the work as branding, and edit the commissioned work
► Respect must be paid to the artist when asked for a source. Please provide a source when asked to do so.
► The work must not be used to publicly or privately shame, humiliate, or harass another person.
