Description

It's been a long time since i started this one...

some numbers:
110 hours (at least)
275MB file size (685MB when open)
29 layers
55x36cm at 300dpi

It took me so long because I didnt know exactly what the hell I was going to do, I just had a primary sketch.
So, PLAN YOUR DRAWINGS!

I thoght it was a good idea to scan only the pencils of the characters with no ink on it, but in the middle of the work
it started to brought me some headache... I wasn't enjoying the result so I had to redo and clear the most part of the lines in photoshop.

well, the axe guy is a undefined-multi-morph creation of mine that doesn't do anything. He kinda remember me because the hair style. The steel mandibula I "stole" from a caricature that ~queen-diamond made of me at AF con 2004.
The nurse and the pig (mr. rubens) are creations of ~camila-croft that i just perverted a little. This pic was a present for her.

Backgroung 100% PS (except for some sketches)
On the tiles i used some "bevel and emboss" and textures made by combination of some default brushes, erasers and smudge.

for the axe i used texture "rust 2" from ~lured2stock , some colors and modes of layers

the chains I made in corel draw 11. I tryed to do some handmade ones but I didnt like the result, so I aplyed the same texture I use for the axe and some highlight & burn things on the corel stuff and it worked.

For the blood stains I used this marvelous PS default brush at "multiply" and "linear burn" layer modes.
The brush location image is here [link] as well some detais in better resolution.
