Bird photography is a niche subcategory of APN that delivers a wide array of avian creatures, either wild or domesticated. This is the category you want to explore if you're looking for photography where the main focus of the piece are birds of any variety! The photographers who post to this gallery face challenges unlike some other categories. From searching out the birds they are looking to photograph, to approaching these animals without disrupting them, the end justifies the means with stunning, photographic artistry!

Here is what you can expect to see from us this month:

The Rules:

• Deviants may submit only one photograph to the contest. You must be a member of AnimalsPlantsNature to enter but anyone is welcome to join!
  
  
• The deviation must be no older than March 1, 2016 (we want to see your newer work!)
  
  
• The deviation must be from the Animals, Plants, & Nature--> Birds category only!
  
  
• The main subject of the piece should reflect the category.
  
  
• No photomanipulations. _{For the purposes of our contests, a photomanipulation is considered a deviation that has components from more than one file in it.}
  
  
• Submissions are open until Saturday, June 25th at 11:59 pm PST.
