Chibi Rider sprite - Zero Specter

So it turns out that silhouette for the next magazine scans says "More Specter?!" and wasn't referring to a new Specter form - it is, in fact, Makoto's father as Zero Specter. I mean-- okay? I guess move Ore-Specter back to the unused sounds list.

So let's run through this. The coat is basically Specter's with a couple colors swapped for the sake of some visual variety, different markings on the body, and the helmet visor is color swapped... and I think it has an extra stripe underneath the eyes, but at this scale I didn't bother.

Lastly the horns are Specter's and Ghost's, but whether they are new or just moved, the Specter horns are distinctly further apart so I changed them a bit.

I'm down for Zero Specter, but it will forever stand as a "What was THAT?" addition if Takeru's father doesn't use a color-reversed Boost to become Zero Ghost. You don't go half circle.
