Description
A commission i made for 
a while ago.
It's a lab where a corporation named COMA are doing some test on a quadruped machine, controlled by human brains in a cybercase. The mechanical quadruped codename is "Hellhound". This scene portrays a lead scientist monitoring a test subject running in a simulation on a treadmill. The secondary scientist is standing behind the glass protector to record the movements of the Hellhound. There are three other containers behind the main scene where the other hellhounds are stored.

That looks like a QA test lab, before releasing a unit out they would do extensive testing first to make sure everything is in order and all parts are where they should be. Quick question though, is that an ACTUAL brain in that case? o.o
