BREEDING GUIDE AND HYBRIDS
BREEDING BASICS
Please check out our supplementary breeding guide for more concise information or read below!
> Admins handle all trait chances for haavats. An offspring (pup) can only have traits one of its parents possesses. First, we roll for the chance of offspring being the class of one a parent or a hybrid (read more below about hybrids.) Then we roll the chance for traits. Keep in mind rarer traits are less likely to be apparent in the offspring. Think of them as recessive traits compared to a more common, dominant one!
> Once submitting your form, an admin will roll these factors and give you your pup, and you're free to design and do what you will with them. You don't have to necessarily develop a pregnancy story-wise and we won't hold you to the 10-month waiting time haavats have to endure, but it's highly suggested you do!
> You have the option to purchase re-rolls if you are unhappy with your roll (see below.)
Although any haavats, regardless of being mated or not, can have offspring, called pups. Usually, mated pairs make a decision to have a pup. Mates or "marras" are what a partnership calls the other! Officially mated pairs often exchange silver and gold rings in a show of religious acceptance and protection, signifying the haavat's deities of the sun and moon. Mated pairs are often thrown wild celebrations in congratulations, with many haavats bringing gifts to the pair. Typically, haavats can take one mate, but are able to mate more than once or with multiple partners. Mated pairs usually are better able to sense the emotions of the other. Expecting pairs are often given fruits and vegetables as gifts.
Haavats are hermaphrodites, meaning all haavats have both male and female reproduction systems. Regardless of gender, any haavat can become pregnant. Pregnancy is first started with stomachaches and lightheadedness and can be noticed by a trained doctor. Haavats first develop in the stomach (womb) of their parent for seven months before having to be incubated as an egg for three months. Haavat parents usually take turns in watching the egg and keeping it warm until it hatches.
HYBRIDS
Hybrids are a rarity and are considered an emergent class of haavats. Historically, many haavat families sought true blood lines and a streamlined species family (such as an all tiger family,) but in recent years, haavat couples have grown more progressive and breaking out of their family bonds. Hybrids are the product of such, still under-researched but interesting. There are two types of hybrids that are possible in Havershal:
Logical offspring, an offspring in which two logical parts make a logical whole. These hybrids are existing (or have existed) in our normal earth. Examples of these would be ligers (lion/tiger), pizzly bear (polar bear/grizzly bear), and mules (donkey/horse). These are most likely to occur if two related/logical species breed!
Illogical offspring, an offspring in which two illogical parts make an illogical whole. These are entirely fictitious hybrids that do not exist. Don't mistake these for ancient-class mythological creatures such as jackalopes (horned animal/rabbit creature) or pegasus (winged animal/horse). Illogical offspring are strictly hybrids of two illogical parts, and although can be similar, are classified as "hybrid" class and not ancient! For example, a horned animal and rabbit offspring cannot be called a jackalope, but is labeled as a horned animal/rabbit offspring. They can be entirely made up and strange, especially cross-class, such as a plant and insect hybrid.
Illogical offspring, although seemingly more likely with the variety of characters, are also more rare. If there is a pairing that can make a logical offspring, odds are admins will override any rolls to allow the logical offspring to happen.

BREEDING SLOT | 100 RUBLES | Allowing one offspring slot to be given to the owners of the parents. Offspring can be co-owned or owned by a single parent.
BREEDING RE-ROLL | 20 RUBLES | Allows you to re-roll your breeding slot. However, this entirely re-rolls your slot, meaning you can get a different class, different traits, and your chance of getting a hybrid starts over. You can buy a maximum of two per form.
ADVANCED BREEDING RE-ROLL | 40 RUBLES | Allows you to re-roll only one part of your breeding slot. For instance, if you like your traits but wish to try for a hybrid while keeping your traits, you can use this. You can buy a maximum of two per form.

[!] Other Species
OTHER SPECIES IN HAVERSHAL
Haavats are not the only species in Havershal! Check out our information below detailing more about the other species.
BASIC RULES & HAAVAT DIETS
Firstly, there are no species that are currently existing on earth today that exist anywhere else but in a haavat's terrarium on the tips of their tails. Tigers and rabbits and ants do not run freely, but there are plenty of other species that do. Among these are prey and predators, similarly to food chains existing in our real world today. Haavats are fluid creatures in food chains but are not often prey. This also applies to plants!
Keep in mind a haavat's diet cons
