I'm Late!

"I'm late! I'm late! I'M LATE!" Julia was in a panic as she ran across the sidewalk. She worked at a clothing store and her shift had already started. She dodged pedestrians and stands as she bolted in the direction of her store. Julia was a nice girl. She normally had a positive attitude and was calm and sweet. On days like this, her attitude was an exception. She was quick and riled up. She loved her job and she didn't want to lower her chances of being fired. She didn't own a car and she didn't have time to catch her normal bus, so she had no choice but to run.

As she ran, she avoided people as much as she could. As she nearly missed one, she turned back and yelled "Sorry!" before she collided with someone. Instead of falling down on top of her, the woman she ran into started fusing with her. She slowly fused with Julia as she kept running. A third leg formed, another set of arms formed under Julia's current pair, a third breast formed, and the woman's head formed to the left of Julia.

The surprising thing was that something sparked inside the woman telling her that she worked at a clothing shop and was drastically late. She thought that she needed to hirry up before she got fired. She then thought she was... Julia.

All three legs and four arms started to move in perfect coordination as both women looked at a watch on one of their left hands. They gasped and said, "I'm going to be late!" before gaining speed.

After running for about five more minutes, they checked the time again, but as they looked down, they ran into a teenage girl on her phone. The same fate happened to her as she started to fuse. This time, she started to fuse to the left side. Another pair of arms grew under the current two pairs, another leg grew in, a fourth breast formed, and the girl's head grew in to the left of the original Julia. The same thoughts flooded the girl's head before her consciousness was merged with Julia's.

Julia looked at the watch and this time, the girl's gasp was added to the other two. Ten minutes late, she was.

"I'm late! Come on, I should be there soon!" the group shouted as the new fourth leg added speed. They swiftly got to the store and ran inside. They ran to the back of the store and knocked on the manager's office.

"Come in!" a muffled female voice said. Julia opened the door and her manager was in there, looking at her computer.

"So sorry I'm tardy, can you ever forgive me?" Her manager looked up and saw their body. Three heads, six arms, four breasts, and four legs. She stared at them, eyes widened.

"Uhm... y-yes, just... agh, just get back to work, I'll talk to you about your heads later..."
