Overview of the stable

Only for members of HorseArt-RPG and the Obertaurer breed.
You can only use your own drawings.
  Pre-made linearts, free linearts, tracing and/or old unaccepted entries are not allowed. You have to create the picture specifically for this event.
References are allowed. Please link to the reference.
If you are caught with a lineart you didn't make you will be disqualified.
No photobackgrounds.
Both rider and horse must be seen in the picture.
Draw your horse and rider somewhere at the course or in their routine, either approaching, taking off, landing or galloping to the next obstacle.
If you draw your horse refusing or knocking poles it will affect your score!
Your horse and rider will get a start number; draw this number on your horse's tack so it’s visible!
You can enter with as many equipage as you'd like.
The show will be judged by effort and creativity. Please don't submit sketches.


The horse mustn't have had experience for this competition! It's a novice show and we encourage that your horse is inexperienced.
You can get extra points by drawing a max of 3 extra drawing for the event! If you draw more then 3 it will not affect your score.

Since you will be handed a starting number PRE-REGISTRATION is required!

The course
A sketch of the arena
The ground is made of terra-tex and is a soft, bouncy sand material
The fencing around the arena is a high, two-rail fencing with uncolored wooden poles.
Inside the ring there will be white dressage fencing
From the arena you'll have a good view of the forest, the stable, surrounding pastures and some glims's of the fields.

Horses minimum/maximum age: 5 yo / 10 yo
Riders minimum age: 18 yo

Riders attire: The rider should were a safety helmet or hat (helmet preferred and will give you extra points for safety), typical white competition breeches, appropriate colored tall boots (may be any shade from black to brown) and a competition jacket in any color of your choice. Spurs are optional, whip is prohibited.

Horses tack: Appropriate dressage tack in the range between black and brown colors of your own choice. Saddle pad with your stables logo/countrys flag (if you want to), should be white in color. Protecting boots are prohibited. Fly veils are prohibited. Braided mane is optional.
There is no restrictions on bits.

Obstacles & The course
Typical Swedish forest with a lot of birches, aspen, alder and beeches. Not that many pine trees but they are there.
The terrain is quite level but you'll find some ditches and hills on the way through the forest.
One part of the course runs though one of YFS own fields that is stubble'd for this occasion.
Obstacles range from simple tires to some more advanced carpentry.

Riders minimum age: 18 yo

Riders attire: The rider should were a safety helmet, a safety vest, typical white competition breeches, appropriate colored tall boots (may be any shade from black to brown) and any colored shirt of your choice. Whip and spurs are optional.

Horses tack: Appropriate jumping tack in the range between black and brown colors of your own choice. Saddle pad with your stables logo/countrys flag (if you want to), can be any color. Protecting boots are obligatory, also any color in your choice. Fly veils are accepted but not obligatory. Braided mane is optional.
