18-Type Gijinka Challenge: Psychic

Yes, I'm still doing this. I simply decided to take a bit of a break to draw other stuff. Here we have my first legendary of this challenge and for her, I chose the Shadow Version of Lugia because It was always a bit more interesting of a sight. For her design, I went with a 1950s female greaser style complete with bubblegum and an outfit right out of grease. I tried for a while to figure out where I could fit some polka dots, but alas, no luck.
