Submission folders changed.

Since there are a lot of adoptables in the wrong folder, still. After having to call the attention of all the members to submit into the right folder I had to do it.

I will change it because I am tired to see anthros in the canine folder... anthros goes to the humans/humanoids/anthros folder!! ._. is that hard to look for the right folder when submitting an adoptable? I am changing positions ONLY if they have the "open" in the title, if they don't and yet they are open I will remove same with the "closed" adopts... PLEASE specify open/close adopts!

Tho, Thank you very much for those that takes a bit of their time to remove the adoptables they are very helpful and I must thank you for that collaboration with the group!!

-Felines
-Humans/Humanoids/Anthros
-OTA
