Doctor Whooves's (Time Turner) Cutie Mark

This is one of the first cutie marks I vectored, back in November 2012 when I joined the MLP Vector Club for the first time (it was used here). The version here was done on the behest of DJDavid98 in the club's Discord server for the colour guide project after my successes with Daisy, Double Diamond and Lyra. In the process it was flipped to face right, as is my convention when vectoring cutie marks, and all matter of vectoring program fats were trimmed to leave only 922 bytes.
