Description
One of the central tenets in vectoring is that strokes should always be of a consistent width. This cutie mark doesn't follow the convention despite first looks; I did initially do it in November 2012 with varying strokes as part of the Lily on the MLP Vector Club's season 2 poster (Lithium Candidum, still available here), but when I came back here in Nari Kyosek I regularised the strokes, thinking this was an artefact of my early vector days. This was a mistake and I re-re-did the cutie mark direct from the screencaps listed below, this time with my characteristic SVG compression. Of interest is how the bottom two lilies are non-conformal transforms of the top one – I'm not fond of them, but I use them where necessary.
