All of my work, unless otherwise specified, falls under the following license:

You are free to modify and redistribute my work (not including work done for me) as long as you give me credit. It is not necessary to ask my permission. Credit need not be given in-line, but should be easily found. Credit should mention my name (Jacob Dawson) and link back to wherever the work was original found. Works published under the pseudonym Zackery James should be credited in that name.

It is easy to identify work that has been done for me. If I give credit to someone else in the work itself or the description of the work, then it is done for me. In that case you need the permission of that other person in-order to modify or redistribute the work in addition to complying with this license.

You may NOT give credit in such a way as to imply that I endorse your use of my work, or that I support your product or message. You may use my work for commercial, religious, pornographic, or any other intent as long as you follow this rule and all other rules outlined in this license.

If you post fan-art of any of my characters, it must be clearly marked as such. Failure to do so could be considered a form of endorsement, and thus be in violation of the license. Commissions and trades are not considered fan-art, as I am giving you explicit permission to create them.

It is not necessary to inform me of your use of my work, although it is appreciated. If you let me know when you are using my work, I may favorite your use of my work as well as watch or subscribe to your account.

I wish I did not have to explicitly state this, but in a world filled with lawsuits and intellectual property it is unfortunately necessary.
