Mythological Conundrum

Mythology is more confusing that it first seems as a kid (Follow-up of the Miia strip I did last year [LINK]).

So I was browsing the MonMusu wiki to check out if there was any new monsters from the game (I think that might be a weirder reason than to just getting my rocks off), and one new bug monster lead to me stumbling upon the design I had previously said I prefered as the interpretation of the Lamia, and now... I don't know what to think anymore. @__@

This might indeed be another Cockatrice v. Basilisk moment for me, except I'm not ten and reading illustrated monster books. So I'm just gonna blame the Ancient Greeks for this. A bazillion vaze paintings of Cerberus, the Hydra, even freakin' Typhon, but not one Lamia doodle? Despicable! xD

I had to cover up a nipple on this version. If child-killing, snake-skinned quadruped monster nipples is your thing (I won't judge much), then you can find it following this [LINK] (not that I consider it anything other than anatomy, but would rather not risk it).

Lamia become a snake bodied temple in the medieval times. She had at first a shark lower body. She also doesn't have eyes sometimes. She was also the boogeyman of Greece, often parents would warn their children about her eating them as repercussions to actions such as staying up late to go around town.
