CotW: Princes and Princesses

I'm really excited for the next episode of Cow of the Wild, and I just marathoned it today while I sketched and drew a few things from it. I'm also excited to see the little princes and the princess of the West Kingdom. It'd be pretty interesting seeing how they act around Rune and Marra, since it's been implied that she favors Relic to her other pups.

So while I wait for the next installment of CotW, I drew and created little headcanons for Rune and Marra's pups. Since only Relic has a canon name, I gave the other two pups placeholder names.

Relic is the oldest of the litter, and looks a lot like Marra's father Kahleel. Because he looks so much like his grandfather, Marra favors him greatly. While Relic looks a lot like Kahleel, his demeanour and attitude are nothing like the kind and friendly king. He's extremely arrogant, a trait he inherited from Rune, but was reinforced by Marra's blatant favoritism of him. He is rude and self-centered, looks down on his father's subjects.

'Cipher' is the second oldest pup of the litter. He's a strange little pup, always playing and creating mischief wherever he can, and shows an odd habit of chewing on grass and twigs. He shows great interest and promise in becoming a student to J'Trall, the Healer of the West Kingdom. But Rune has other plans for his second son, as a guard to him (and one day, Relic). Or even a 'just in case', should anything ever happen to Relic.

'Bellatrix' is the youngest of the litter, and the only female, who is a little skittish and sensitive. While Rune holds a mild dislike for all of his pups (Relic especially), he dislikes Bellatrix the least, because she looks so much like his late Father, Terok. He doesn't really have any plans for Bellatrix, so she'll likely be a mere commoner when Relic is crowned king. Unlike Relic and Cipher, Bellatrix shows great interest in Feather Feral culture and history. She has a small chip in her ear she got from Marra when she was just a little pup, who was trying to stop her playing too rough with Relic.
