Rules:

MUSIC:

-> paypal only, sorry ;_;
-> instrumentals will usually be finished within a month; VOCALOID originals will take much longer due to tuning, lyrics, etc.
-> I only own SONiKA, Big Al, and Oliver! (not too good with tuning Oliver pls forgive me)
-> celestrai is offering to use Rin/Len v4x+english, KAITO english, Dex+Daina, Ia, Maika; if you decide to have them use one of their vocaloids, you will have to pay them 1$ in paypal. +1$ for each additional vocaloid that THEY own
-> I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO RELEASE THE VSQ/OFF VOCAL
-> THE SONGS I MAKE CANNOT BE SOLD FOR ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY
-> you are forbidden from uploading it anywhere without my permission
-> I am allowed to put this on any album I make (though all of my albums are free)
-> I DO NOT MAKE CHEERY SONGS
-> I CANNOT TRANSLATE SONGS! I CAN ONLY MAKE THEM IN ENGLISH! you will have to find a translator if you want a song in another language

*UTAU ORIGINALS:

-> I don't use UTAU anymore, so there are lots of technicalities with this type
-> you have to make the ust from the midi I provide for you
-> you may upload to your personal youtube ONLY if you credit me in both the video and description AND link my music commission journal in the description of your video
-> I can do the video for you free of charge, provided you give me the art and finished mix (I ONLY DO BASIC VIDEOS, PLEASE REFER TO MY YOUTUBE FOR EXAMPLES)
-> I can do duets, however, they are not exactly my specialty
-> I WILL NOT DO DUETS BETWEEN YOUR UTAU AND A VOCALOID
-> refer to the above rules under the music section for everything else

PAYMENT:

-> PAYPAL ONLY! I cannot stress this enough, I cannot do point commissions for these!
-> You have to pay me the moment I send the first WIP! you will have 24 hours to send the payment; if you do not like the WIP, you still have to pay half of the original price due to labor, and the commission will be considered cancelled.

REFUNDS:

-> it is near impossible for me to give refunds, the reason being my mother is in severe paypal debt at the moment and it uses the money I earn to pay the bill
-> if I do have to cancel or abandon the commission, I will contact you as soon as I can to talk about what I can do to pay you back. if most or all of the instrumental has been done, there will only be about 10-20% money you can get back, only in the form of dA points. if this is not to your liking, I can refund in art (my preferred refund method honestly). however, it will be using my set prices
-> usually the only time I cancel a music commission is if I simply cannot make lyrics for the life of me or create the midi for the lyrics

MISC. RULES:

-> WILL NOT DO SONGS ABOUT COUPLES, NEVER, EVER.
-> do not ask me to make you an exception to any of these rules
-> I will not do duets between two opposite sex/gender Vocaloids and will not do one for UTAUs either
-> I do not make happy songs!! KEEP THIS IN MIND PLEASE ;___;
-> if you want to use the tracks I make for a game that you sell, you will have to pay me double the regular price and an addition, we have to work out any sales of the game's soundtrack (this will be done later if it is to be sold). I require that you credit me in the game for whatever music I create, whether the game is free or not

Genres I can do:
-> experimental: 1 / 2 (fight order is technically neo-medieval though)
-> atmospheric (?): 1 (this knocks down the price by 2$ for each option except 1-2 minute songs)
-> 8 bit-esque: 1 / 2 (I really enjoy this type)

Genres I cannot do:
-> dubstep
-> heavy metal
-> rock
-> ethnic(?)

form:
type (VOCALOID, 3-5 minute OS, etc.):

*you can leave this out of your form if it is not for a game
(if your game project is cancelled or the status of it is questionable, please give me updates, unless you said it was a free game for sure. even if it was a free game, I'd still like to know. thank you for understanding on this part.)

* I can give discounts if you are ordering more than one song for your game! but please, do remember, I am a human being and would prefer for the order to not exceed 3 songs at a time
* you can only order more than one song at a time if it is a 1-2 minute OS, otherwise, please wait until I finish the first one before ordering more!
