CH 29.15, Kiri's Surprise for Zhenwu

After most of Ichoto’s students settled outside to look at Kiri’s rematch, Kiri suddenly begins to speak after they stood across each other for a few minutes.

[Kiri] I have been practicing a new element for years.
[Zhenwu] *surprised* ! (A new element?)
[Kiri] *smiles*All right! Let’s do this!

Kiri quickly uses a mudra!

[Kiri] START! *release comes out* Wind Release: Disu!!

Transparent chi appears around Kiri’s arms as he position himself across Zhenwu. When Kiri finished positioning himself, the chi around his arms suddenly turned into thin blades of transparent wind!  

[Zhenwu] *shocked* Wind?! *slowly has a serious face*

Zhenwu quickly position himself and held out his right arm by his right side. With his right arm, he opens his right hand. Red fire starts to ignite from his hand.

Zhenwu is prepared to fight.
And so is Kiri.
Who will win?
