Terms of service

Please treat this as a contract for this is. By commissioning me and submitting any amount of payment, you are agreeing to let me use it as part of my art portfolio.
You also agree, via payment of any amount, as a signature to this contract for the commission, as well as the following:

It will take time don't rush me! (College or people ahead of you either in person or online, the wait time varies from months to weeks).

I give High-quality work and believe quality over quantity. If you want good work you wait.

I only start the commission once the payment is sent in full (Unless an agreement has been discussed otherwise and beforehand).

Please, when I finish download it because it may be uploaded to my sta.sh or deleted.

You can't get a refund if it's been deleted.

I add 15% to the total purchase for sales tax.
I post my work with a watermark and low resolution publically. However, I give the commissioner an unwatermarked HD version via email or on "sta.sh".

If you would like to be anonymous please tell me and I won't mention your name in the description. However, I will still be posting the art, again you agreed to allow said commission in my portfolio.

If there is a due date involved please let me know 3 weeks in advance the later the better!

If you would like anything sooner than 3 weeks I will add an appropriate fee according to what is being asked of me.
If it's a sketch, I will allow a week in advance notice instead of 3 weeks.

I do not do refunds so don't ask. (by commissioning me you agree to this)

This takes time/days/hours to work on, I've listed examples of my work and the quality I do, which is high-quality work.
I'm a professional freelancer/independent contractor with many clients in the past who can vouch for me.
Once I have started there is no ability to break this contract (by commissioning me you agree to this).
You must fulfill your end of the payment until the art is fully done. So, please make sure you would like the commissions/have the funs for it.

I can reject anybody which includes but is not limited to:

I just don't wanna do your commission.
I'm currently busy with other commissions or personal life. (You can be put on to a waiting list if you are interested)
Bad impression of client/already causing conflictions within a few interactions or ongoing interactions.
Too NSFW! (I am not an NSFW artist and do not wish to be.)
Did not read the TOS.

You are NOT allowed to claim the art as yours regardless of the circumstances.

I do not give full rights to my artwork.
You may not claim my art as your artwork.
Though, I do allow for you to post it wherever you please or use it as you please as long as credit is given to me when asked or even a link of some sort of any of my social media accounts in the description of the post to which you had made with my art, is appreciated.

You are NOT allowed to make a false dispute of any kind about the commission to get the payment back or such. To DeviantArt or PayPal and will be reported to the authorities and the said website, that is considered fraud! and I will fight the dispute regardless of how long it takes.
