Strike System

:pointr: We operate on a three-strike system. One strike is considered a warning. Upon a second strike, you may be subjected to a temporary ban of one week. A third offense will result in your permanent expulsion from the group. Strikes may be appealed, however this may only be done by speaking to an admin.
In proven cases of harassment/bullying, strikes will be completely skipped and bans will immediately be implemented.

Respect

This is by far the most important rule of the group. You do not have to like each other, but you do need to act civilly. Essentially, remember the golden rule most of us were taught in school: do unto others as you would have done unto you. Failure to do so will result in an immediate strike.

Respect
noun | re·spect | ri-ˈspekt
: A feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.
" The director had a lot of respect for Douglas as an Actor"

: A feeling or understanding that someone or something is important, serious, etc. and should be treated in an appropriate way.
" While the people did not like Douglas' recent film, they still had a respect for his talents"

: A particular way of thinking or looking at something.
" Give before you receive; that is what defines respect"

:pointr: Above are the literal definitions of respect. Lack of respect is not placing expectation on your peers to act, react, or speak in a certain way. You can only control your own actions and reactions. Please keep this in mind before coming to us with a report.  If you feel that someone is being incredibly rude to you, please do bring it to our attention (with proof of the behavior) and we will address the issue from there.

Private Stable Rules

Many stables like to enforce their own breeding rules, which is fine and even encouraged. Therefore, the group will honor rules agreed upon or signed by person(s) involved, which can include reclaims and redesigns of unregistered foals.

Because of this, the admins encourage that you carefully read and follow rules that other players ask you to read and sign before agreeing upon a breeding. It is also recommended that everything is documented for official purposes if there ever is a grievance that needs to be settled between a stable and a breeder.

Banned List

Listed here are people who have abused our rules.  If you are cast out from the group, you will not lose the horses as characters that you've created, however they will be marked as deceased. This is because we do allow people to try and redeem themselves after a period of time. If you have been permanently banned from the group or outright quit and deceased your horses, your horses will remain in the group as NPCs unless otherwise discussed.

Blacklisted Players

(NONE)

Returned From Exile

After a year, most people who have been banned will be allowed to return as if they were just discovering the breed. People who have already experienced a ban will sit on this list for six months so that admin may monitor their behavior for six months. If they receive no strikes, they will be completely absolved. 3 more strikes will result in a permanent ban with no chance of returning to the group.
(NO RETURNED PLAYERS BEING OBSERVED)
*NOTE*: Temporary bans will not result in deceased horses. A temporary ban typically only lasts a week or two.  Any ban lasting over three (3) months will result in deceased horses. Horses that have been marked as deceased by way of a banned player may be resurrected by a Necromancer.
