--- ~ --- ~ ---Nestled in the rolling mountain foothills of northern Italy, this charming country villa is a work sheep farm and stable. Owner Benito Rossi is an accomplished equestrian, dog handler and shepherd. He and his native Pastore Regale Italiano dogs not only work the herds of Bagnolese sheep on the property, but also participate in competitive herding trials. Benito's only daughter, Allegra heads up the equestrian program with her fiancé, Rocco. The equine focus is mostly on capable dressage and show jumping horses of warmblood and iberian types.
The equine facilities are set up with an open community mindset. Natural social pasture living is favoured for both mares and stallions alike, but when in the stables, the stalls are built around and looking into the indoor arena, while also opening on the other side into shared paddocks. La Villa Rossi has room for up to 15 horses at any time. Three large 5x5m box stalls and 12 medium 4x4m box stalls allow for individual care when needed. The 25x48m indoor riding arena gives a space for continuing education even in more inclement weather. The large 45x90m outdoor arena is spacious enough for a full jump course.

Set in sunny southern California, Wyndmere Acres is home of a modest equine facility within driving distance of Del Mar Racecourse, as well as home to a kennel that raises small sighthounds, focusing on the modern American breeds "Windsprites" and "Silken Windhounds".

Derbyshire Park is an ancestral estate, owned by the Young family. The extensive property has rolling open and wooded landscape with natural water sources. The large manor is surrounded by a moat, and includes a central courtyard, elegant ballroom and dining, private gallery and family and servant quarters.

Originally a small private farm, founders Jason & Heather Morganson have expanded and updated the original property to create a moderate-sized, professional facility. Located on 80 acres in the heart of the United States, and happily situated on the banks of a lake with a small creek running through the property, this was the original "Sunrise Valley Farm & Kennels" location.
