P E R S O N A L I T YPersonality type: ISTJ-A
Intelligent - quick to comprehend; characterized by sound thought or good judgement
Having both ‘book smarts’ and ‘street smarts’, Miron is quite sharp when it comes to wits. His memory is superb, and his ability to analyze a situation makes him a great strategist. What he lacks in physical ability, he more than makes up for mentally. It’s hard to pull the rug over his eyes or lie to him as he often can pick out where continuities don’t line up.
Faithful – adheres in observance of duty; steadfast in allegiance
Miron’s strongest allegiance is to the Vektreni Gods. His most powerful motivators are Xibalten and Senisteros, probably because how he grew up within the cult. He’s also extremely dedicated to his task as a Voidwalker, and will take every opportunity to climb higher as a cleric. Anyone who doesn’t believe in the cult’s Gods is seen a incompetent in Miron’s eyes.
Optimist - hopeful and confident about the future; sanguine
No matter how bleak the situation may seem, Miron is always one to look at the bright side of things. He has confidence in the ability of his pack, and confidence in the Gods' greater plans. He's willing to look past transgressions so long as said wolf has learned from their previous errors, and is unperturbed so long as the Gods are lighting his path.
Organized – having one’s affairs in order; habitually in order
If you lost something, then you didn’t deserve to have it: this is Miron’s mentality. He always keeps track of any of his belongings and likes to keep his thoughts in order as well. He’s definitely one to keep a mental to-do list, and can also keep track of a lot of wolves at once should he be put in charge of a project.
Lawful – conforming to laws or rules; living according to the law
Miron is probably the last wolf that would go against the Alpha’s orders, or anyone who holds higher rank than him for that matter. Part of this has to do with his allegiance to the Gods. He knows that his higher ups work hand in hand with the will of the Gods, so why would he question them?
Amiable – eager to please; pleasant and friendly
Miron is absolutely willing to kiss ass to make alliances and make a good impression, especially with wolves he admires. Although, most of the time he’s just genuinely amiable and affable. It’s not hard to find Miron likeable so long as you like a friendly, happy face. Miron is always willing to make a new acquaintance, so long as they’re polite back.
Envious – having envy over someone else; covetous
Anyone who holds a higher rank in the Vektreni pack, or who is closer to the Shunned Ones can expect to be envied by Miron. Despite his deep respect of those who hold higher rank then him, Miron still envies most wolves who have more power in Vektren.
Prude – claims to be easily shocked by sexual matters; a prig
Miron tends to hold himself to a higher standard than most wolves. He believes that he is one of the most faithful Vektreni because of how religious he is. He often shies away from distasteful conversations because he doesn’t want to gossip or talk about distasteful topics.
Stingy – unwilling to give; ungenerous
When it comes to information, Miron is very secretive with how much he knows. He doesn’t like to share knowledge because he sees it as the most valuable thing he has. The only thing he is willing to share are stories about the Gods and the Great War. He believes teaching others about these things is important. But, he would rarely consider sharing secret information unless it would benefit the pack as a whole, in which case he might share information with higher ups.
Likes: Trips to the howling peaks, knowledge, listening to stories about the Gods/ telling tales of the Gods and the Great War
Dislikes: Being told down/ scolded, failure/ mistakes, disobedience
P R E G R O U P H I S T O R Y
Pup Life:
Miron was born into the pack by two parents who simply wished to strengthen the pack during a time of need: his mother's name was Lyqen and his father, Ire. He had a few siblings as well, but none of which were entirely influential on his life. Ire held the rank of Scythe while Lygen was a Magister. Both of his parents had valuable skills. His mother was intelligent and sneaky, using her stealth to stay out of trouble while doing research. His father was practically pure muscle, tooth, and claw and was rather precise when performing assassinations. Suffice to say, Miron had a lot to live up to. He seemed pretty average as a pup, the middle child of his litter. He was able to keep up with the rest of his siblings when they were play fighting and establishing dominance over one another. Sometimes he even dared to try to dominate his mother of father, only to fail miserably. He didn't understand why wolves were born so small if the end goal was to be able to serve the Gods! If he couldn't even face his parents, how was he to fight in the Great War that everyone seemed to talk so much about.
Juvenile Life:
The more Miron grew, the more interested he became in the Vektren's belief system. His mother was not terribly religious, and his father believed in the great Gods and performed his duties, but other than this there was no one close to him who was more interested in the Deities. He worked hard to try and bulk up during his training, spending a majority of the time with his father to try and learn the ways of a Scythe, but the small pup didn't feel like getting his paws dirty when it came time to rip out the heart of some poor creature. Yes, he greatly understood the reason to obtain it and bury it, but still the act was a bit intimidating to him. On trips with his mother he found some comfort in her research, but nothing quite intrigued him as much as the Howling Peaks. It was one night that he decided to travel by himself there and climb nearer to the reliquary. It was lucky for him that he didn't get as far. He made it about half way up when a few of the cult's Clerics found him and gave him a stern bite or two, telling him to stay away from places he didn't belong and wasn't allowed to go unless he had a reason. The overgrown pup couldn't have been more frustrated. If he wanted to be closer to the Gods then who were they to stop him? He returned to the nest, a little worse for wear, and decided he would train more with his mother to and in the meantime work to further understand the Gods and what they wanted. His ego inflated a bit during this time as he was able to learn quite a bit from his mom, and was able to listen to some of the more experienced adults and elders talk of tales from ancient times. He then was able to pass this knowledge onto the newer pups at the time who looked at him like an idol for having such amazing stories.
Young Adult Life:
As Miron got older he was able to go out into the territory on his own and go to places that intrigued him the most like The Lone Horn and especially The Gloating Viper. It was a calming place and allowed the wolf to collect his thoughts and recite old tales over and over without the pressure of someone else listening. To him it was like talking to the Gods themselves and telling them stories they had lived through. The older he got the more he saw how unruly some of his packmates were. Some would speak out against something their superior said or speak in hushed tones against their Alpha. It might as well have been blasphemy! They made him sick. He never understood why those who didn't believe in the Gods were allowed in the pack at all. If they didn't believe in what they were all gathered there in the territory for, what was the point of them staying? Surely some reeducation would straighten up their corrupted minds. He often found himself asking the Gods for help to try and help persuade his fellow pack mates out of the dark and into the know.
