Special Notes/Quirks

• Eidetic Memory: Another symptom of her disease, Elyza’s memory is linked directly to her other senses due to the tumor in her brain. She is able to vividly recall almost any instance in her life, with complete accuracy. Good luck getting away with lying to this fawn.

• Hyperactive: It is almost physically impossible for Elyza to sit still and do nothing. Her entire body will actually vibrate when she is excited, much to the entertainment of others. She also has a nervous tick of flicking her tail stub in different ways depending on how she’s feeling.

Illnesses/Long-Term Conditions

• Tumors/Cysts: Throughout her life, Elyza will be prone to tumor and cyst growth in many different parts of her body. These tumors may be noncancerous or cancerous and will continue to form until one leads to her death.

• Synesthesia: Elyza suffers from a neurological phenomenon in which she experiences two different perceptions of the same stimulus. This ability is a result of a tumor on her brain and results in the following symptoms:

Appearance

Build: Elyza was born abnormally small in comparison to her family. It doesn’t even seem she will grow as tall as her stunted brother. [Caused by pituitary tumor]

Coat: Her coat is a light and shiny, almost perfect in the eyes of traditionalists in Glenmore. She does have a tendency to get quite dirty on her adventures, which usually wins her a stern look from Mom until she goes and cleans herself up.

Hair: Another strange attribute to the tiny fawn; it seems she was born without a full tail. Instead of the long luscious locks many does have, Elyza has a simple stub with some fluff on the end. Her mane, however, grows extremely fast and tends to fall in long waves down her neck.

Scars: No scars for this young one yet, but who knows how long this will last. She often comes home scraped up, but seems to heal pretty well.

• Ammolite Necklace: This necklace was gifted to Elyza by one of the many friends she’s met while wandering. After telling the stranger stories of her hallucinations, they felt pity and gave her the stone which is rumored to ward off demons.
