If I do, it's few times a year, only for few hours or rarely days

A: YES.

First, There are rules, and if you won't bother in reading (and following) them, I won't bother in taking your request.
FYI, in the journal there is a small version and an detailed one, so you can have a gist of how things work.
Second: Request are unreliable, Take in mind I might not draw them at all!
Third: I normally open via status posts or journals.
Fourth: My focus normally goes with sexy, fun, cute or epic stuff.
- Sexy: Humanoid (Mermaids, Nagas, Human, Elves) Females in ecchi situations like hypnosis, slimes, shrinking, petrification, getting naked, etc.
- Fun: Black and random humor mostly.
- Cute: Hearthwarm, couples, wholesome stuff.
- Epic: Battle scenes (rarely done)
I most of the times do sexy stuff, fun and cute should follow, epic is the least one I draw, but remains in my common interest.
Q5: How do you take requests?
A: Either:

Journal with the title "Suggestions <Month> <Year>"

This one pretty much opens once a year, gets many suggestions, accepts many types of ideas, ideas are worked at random times, no guarantee your idea will be done

Please note, I don't draw all the ideas given, just some of them, normally one per person.

Q6: Can you <tell me>/<send me a note> next time you open requests?

A: No.

If I did that to every one who wishes to know, I would take a lot of time. I tend to upload notifications via Journal, Updating the profile, Status posts, and sometimes deviations

Q7: Can you hold a slot for me next time you open for requests?

A: No.

Q8: Can I commission you?/ When will you open commissions?
A: Commissions are normally open more regularly though as of late my focus has been the Commission Queue which pretty much is a waiting list, more info about commissions please check the General commission journal.

Q10: do you do art trades?

A: Only with friends, and if I feel like it.

Q11: You told me you were closed for requests or will never open again, but you were open / opened a while ago! Why did you lied? Why are you so grumpy?
A: I'm tired of explaining things, Really tired, PISSED! Even.
I've tried my best to point this stuff in the artist comments, profile, etc. People who ask this don't bother to look around, check the profile, read journals. Even worse, when I try to point them to the status or journals, they won't see. If I tell them they broke a rule, they will be TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS about what they are doing wrong, and it¿s so frustrating, so tiring and so annoying. that the best solution is to simply ignore them, or simply tell them I'm closed. It's better make them thing I won't draw ever again.

Q12: I did something that pissed you, can you forgive me?
A: I try to not hold grudges and be neutral. Any apology is accepted as long as you learn from your mistakes.

Q13: (It's my birthday/there is a special event/ I need help /NEED a drawing/ Have had a really bad day), Can you (help me)/(draw something for me/(my friend))?

Q14: Can I discuss with you about this idea I have?
A: Yes, but first, be sure to mention you want to discuss/share an idea.
If someone comes telling an idea so blatantly with no introduction, no meaning, I'll assume that person is asking for a request. And I'll either ignore him, block him or if I'm in a bad mood... insult him.

Q15: Can't we talk over Skype?
A: I don't like skype and is very less likely you will catch me there...

Q16: Can we roleplay?

A: No

Q17: Can we be friends?
You must also know I'm a terrible person, paranoid, and closed to new "friends" because most likely they only want something from me.
You might have the best and honest intentions, but I can't tell. And I've been taken advantage of so many times.

Q18: Why do you ask 2-3 ideas when request are open but only do one (most of the times)?
A: I normally pick the idea I like the most and/or is easier to draw.

Q19: I see some people have their ideas done, but they are not in the request list or already had their ideas done, Why?
A: Most of the times, said person was discussing an idea with me, and I liked it enough to draw it. These are what I refer to inspirers, people that shared an idea, I liked it and I drew it.

Q20: If you are so tired about people breaking the rules, why do you keep taking suggestions?
A: I like drawing, and not everyone are rule breakers, some people learn from their mistakes, and in fact some of them are nice people!

Q21: What are the fetishes you like drawing?
A: I normally enjoy drawing mind control or hypnosis, Females being stripped from their clothes (via magic, slime, shrinking, etc.), Slimes (or females trapped in slime), Depower, Petrification and Shrinking.
But I also enjoy many few other fetishes like Breast expansion, Breast reduction, Age regression, Tentacles, Bimbofication, Tickles, Toon transforms (stretching, flattening, inflation), Quicksand, Snake coils, Few sexy transforms like from human to Nekonomimi, and possibly others I'm forgetting right now... the list is long...
I must point I'm male and straight so I prefer to draw females mostly.
Mermaids, Nagas, Pokemons, Knights, Magic (Not the trading card game) are few of the stuff in my interests

Q22: What are the subjects that turn you down?
A: Gender TF, Diapers, Fattening are one of the subjects I avoid. I could draw them, but your chances are better on commissions.

Q23: Apart from breaking the rules, what is something people should not do at all?
A: It's REALLY ANNOYING when people pester me. Keeping asking questions via multiple notes, contact me to tell me they can't wait for have their commission/request.
If you are in the commission queue, but you can't wait for your turn, look for another artist, don't message me every few days telling me you can't wait for your turn or try to push me, It will only give me a terrible impression from you and I might prefer to avoid taking commissions from you in the future. Someone did this and I'm not sure my impression of him will improve in the future. In fact, now when he talks to me I've shown a more pissed being compared to a complete stranger.
If you gave a request or gave a suggestion in a journal/post avoid asking me When will I make your drawing or push me to draw it faster.
This is a violation to the suggestion standars as, because I said, they are unreliable. I might not do it at all, and trying to push me to do them only tempts me to discard the idea. (And possibly ban you from request stuff in the future)

Q24: I asked an idea in a previous journal but it was not done, can I ask it again?
A: Yes, I get many ideas and try to draw one idea per person, also Ideas are done on my free time, that's why I can't give focus to all.

Q25: You keep rejecting my idea, how can I make you accept it?
A: I try to give feedback about what I don't like of your idea, the plot might not be interesting, it sounds too plain, the reference are not too appealing, there is too much text, the idea sounds very lengthy and the appeal/effort is not worth, etc.
You can try to talk with me about said idea so we can try to reach a common ground, you can also try to commission me in the future, I tend to be a bit more open about what I draw when money is involved.

Q26: (When you are taking requests) Can I request a comic/animation?
A: Yes you can, but the most complex and unappealing, the less likely I will do it (or even accept it).

Q27: My idea is too long, what can I do?

Other notes/tips:

I'm not a reading person. Don't send me stories or unnecessary details about your request, just tell me what you want to be drawn and any important detail about it.
KEEP IT SHORT A lot of text and details make the idea boring to read, Giving too many details will simply make me not wanting to draw the idea at all.
Requests rarely will get corrected, They can be changed, or altered by me, so be aware you might not get what you are asking for.
I don't read the wikis, any important thing like a relationship should be mentioned in the note/comment.
Any visual reference must be big enough (for characters higher than 360x480 pixels), I can't draw what I can't clearly see, or I might even miss some details if your reference is too small.
Be clear, English is not my first language, if you are too confusing I might not get the idea of what you want.

Requests are free

But It must be interesting enough for me to do.
You must follow the rules for requesting, not doing so is perceived as ignoring me and is something REALLY rude IMO.
If you do not agree with my terms, you are free to look for another artist that might draw your ideas.
I don't know any other artist that take requests (some of my friends open now and then, but it's a bit limited)
Ignoring the rules is ignoring me and I'm pretty much worn up of having to deal and/or explain people what they are doing wrong. So in the end, it's easier to just ignore them.
