Kira
A simple lady of house who fell in love with the 8th prince of the realm. She has a strong sense of justice and isn't afraid of telling people wrong. This type of behaviour is unlike a lady, so some say she is of another world, as she does talk about things that others have not heard of. She is very talkative, happy and naive, and isn't afraid of speaking her mind, causing her to create many enemies and her own downfall. As punishment she worked as a court lady, serving royalty tea and running their baths, a job she enjoyed. Afterall, she was closer to the prince. But getting caught up in the royal family business was never a good thing, as she was framed for poisoning another prince, and was imprisoned and tortured. The 8th prince, a coward, stayed away and did not help her for fear of his families thoughts. This broke her heart. Naive as she was, she hoped he would help.
The prince who did end up freeing her, was the one outcast of the sons. Refusing his courtship, she re-began her work at an even lower class, a water maid, cleaning dirty cloths day and night.
Due to hard work she made her way up to head court lady of the Damiwon, where she is still at.
As the war over the throne continues, she enjoys her time with the 14 princes, avoiding love as much as possible.
