G e n e r a l - I n f o r m a t i o n

▪ As an artist, I reserve the right to refuse a commission based on the limit of supject matter, depiction of themes, attitude of the commissioner or for personal reasons.
▪ At any time the commissioner may request a progress shot of the commission, and I provide a sketch to the commissioner in the beginning for approval before completing
▪ I will maintain style which is consistent with most pieces in my gallery – I will not change or ‘copy’ another style either by request of the commissioner or to accommodate any particular character or design, however, the commissioner may choose one of my own various styles that are presented in my gallery (ex: chibi, realism, original style, etc.)
▪ I retain the rights to artistic expression and the limits of my personal style and will depict character(s) and design(s) how I best feel they will be expressed via pose, light source, lighting effects, etc - the commissioner may request any pose, light source, or lighting effects for their piece, which will be executed to the best of the artist's abilities
▪ I will have most commissions done within a 1 month time span, the commissioner will be notified if any delays occur
▪ My goal turn-around time is 2 weeks


C o m m u n i c a t i o n - I n f o r m a t i o n

▪ I live in the Pacific Time Zone in the USA – my responses to notes/comments/etc will be done in accordance to this
▪ Responses to notes/comments/etc will come after real-life responsibilities are taken care of
▪ Religious practices and holidays may cause delays to responses to notes/comments/etc
▪ Communication concerning individual commission prices and content will be done via the private messaging system on the respective website the artist was contacted on
▪ I will do my best to respond to any and all messages, questions, and commission inquiries in a timely manner
▪ I reserve the right to ask any questions concerning the nature of the commission or the character(s) and scene(s) being depicted and may request further information or reference material of the commissioner
▪ In the case of a prior or sudden responsibility, I will alert the commissioner of my plans, as well as the estimated date of being able to start the piece
▪ If an event occurs that will prevent me from completing the piece, the commissioner will be alerted and immediately refunded


I n f o r m a t i o n - R e g a r d i n g - E d i t s

▪ As said earlier, I provide a sketch for approval upfront before continuing the piece
▪ It is the responsibility of the commissioner to notify the artist of ALL desired edits AT ONCE
▪ The commissioner is allotted a total of THREE edited preview sketches until additional fees will be added to the price
▪ It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide any and all image reference material that they feel best represents their character or design – this material includes but is not limited to: their personal artwork, artwork done by others, artwork done by many others, an image compilation showing various elements of the design, clear written material, pre-made color palettes, outfits, photos, etc
▪ Written reference material must be clear and concise, in bullet-point format, and include all information, including color information
▪ The artist will not 'copy' or duplicate another drawing or shading style
▪ Please allow for artistic license and stylistic differences - these will be obvious via examples of the artist's previous works and will not be held against the artist
▪ Major edits will only be available on the preview sketch
▪ Major edits requested by the commissioner to the final piece may incur up-charges depending on the nature of the edit – ex: an entire redraw of an area will incur an up-charge of $10+
▪ Failure by the commissioner to not make any edits during the sketch phase or to give any necessary information concerning details of the piece to the artist will be counted as a miscommunication and failure on the commissioners’ part and will not be held against the artist - the artist will not go 'hunting' for reference material


I m a g e - U s a g e - I n f o r m a t i o n

▪ The artist retains the right to display the image on any number of websites on which they are active
▪ The artist retains the right to categorize, label, tag, and describe the piece as they see fit
▪ The artist's original signature and/or watermark must remain on the completed image, including sketches, line-art, or otherwise that may be colored or finished by the commissioner
▪ The artist owns the rights to the original piece of work and may reuse the work in advertising and/or promotional reasons - the commissioner retains all rights to the character(s) or design(s) depicted
▪ The artist owns the rights to resize/reuse the image to create icons, wallpapers, signatures, banners, and other graphics for any purpose, such as promotion, advertising, examples of work, etc
▪ The commissioner may repost the image to their personal gallery/galleries for display or reference material as long as a link to the artist's page or original supmission is provided in the information
▪ The commissioner is required to provide credit to the piece no matter where it is used, including but not limited to icons, wallpapers, signatures, and other graphics whether these graphics are created by the commissioner or by another party
▪ Re-uploading images by others other than the commissioner and without the explicit permission from both the artist and the commissioner and lacking proper credit will be counted as theft and just legal action will be taken against the individual


P a y m e n t - I n f o r m a t i o n

▪ All prices are in USD (United States Dollar)
▪ Payments done via PayPal only Eleth3@gmail.com I request that all commissioners add their username and a small note on PayPal payments sent, as well as a private note as to when the payment was sent for the artist to verify that the payment was completed
▪ Full up-front payments are preferred – tips are accepted and greatly appreciated
▪ Payment plans are available for large pieces, typically starting at prices of $50+
▪ Deadlines must be specified by the commissioner and agreed upon with the artist prior to the payment - Rush fees may be applied or refused at the artist's discretion
▪ If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, commissioner will not receive the original artwork or digital file until final payments are made


R e f u n d - I n f o r m a t i o n

▪ The commissioner may request a refund at any time
▪ I reserve the right to issue a refund or cancel a commission at any time due to personal decision based on my ability to complete the commission in a timely matter or due to events in my personal life
▪ The amount refunded will be based on the amount of work already put into the commission
▪ The commissioner will be given the option of the artist sending them the artwork up to the stage of which it was completed
