Personality

Very independent, hard and ready to go to the goal no matter what, ready to defend what he considers his; envious, may show unmotivated aggression. Because of his jaw/tongue problems he always talks in short sentences omitting some words so he usually sounds like an ogre. 

• Rumpel is shy with other fawnlings at first but if he is feels offended or mocked at he will attack the opponent the same moment and he also remembers his offenders well and may avenge himself again and much later when everyone will forget about the incident.
  
• He cares very much for everything and everyone which is considered "his". Family, friends, favourite sleeping spot... no one whom he doesn't like or know is allowed to come near without his permission and will be attacked on sight.
  
• Despite his much aggression he tends to forgive those who are weaker than he is.

• A counter-raid was led by Étain and Ket, leaders of the Point, but they failed to catch up with the kidnappers

Year 760 - Age 1

• Skylark is born: What is this thing?
  
• Discontent is growing in the Main Herd, with many unhappy with Captain Fox's actions
  
• In Late Summer, an escape plan for the young fawns is brought to action by Jeet, the Main Herd scout, and a number of other Alliance sympathisers
  
• Many fawns escape, but some are killed or recaptured

Late Winter, Year 760 - Age 1.5

• The Alliance made a surprise attack upon the Main Herd in Gumtree Hollow, bringing an immense hurricane with them. The Main Herd was defeated once and for all.
  
• During the Gumtree Hollow attack Rumpel loses both Ferine and Skylark and considers them dead. He leaves with a small group of fawnlings consisting of a few families and orphan fawns like himself.
  
• The Alliance became the Allied Herds and welcomed any from the former Main Herd that wished to join them. They now claimed Westhaven and Gumtree Hollow and sentenced any who fought them to death.
  
• From the ashes of the Main Herd arose the Loyalists - a band of fawnlings who could not face living among the religious fanatics and feminists of the Allied Herds. They are a nomadic, guerilla military group, dedicated to putting things back 'how they should be'.
