Denali National Park

Obviously, I couldn't spend any time in alaska without paying a visit to Denali National Park. Unfortunately, the big mountain itself was hidden behind the clouds (as it is most of the time), but the surrounding scenery is amazing enough. Actually, this watercolour painting shows more than any photograph I took that day.

Natürlich musste ich in Alaska auch dem Denali Nationalpark einen Besuch abstatten. Unglücklicherweise versteckte sich der große Berg selbst hinter den Wolken - das tut er wohl häufig. Die Landschaft drumherum ist aber auch sehr beeindruckend. Auf diesem Aquarell ist tatsächlich mehr davon zu sehen, als auf jedem Foto, das ich in diesem Tag gemacht habe.
