I needed a place to write this all down, just in case I ever need it This is about what my art can and cannot be used for. I will update this if I think of anything else!

That means that the piece of art was made for you personally as a commission, art trade, request, prize, contest entry or otherwise.
OR
The artwork was not initially made for you, but it contains your character (a friend requested for your character to be in it as a gift, it ws an adoptable that you bought from me, or you obtained the character after the artwork was made).
You may
- Put the art on character storage sites such as Toyhou.se. (On Toyhou.se, you can credit me onsite as SpitfiresOnIce (preferred) or offsite as spitfiresonice.deviantart.com)
- Use the art on your DeviantArt page, in your journal, etc., even offsite, as decoration. If you don't use thumbnails or clickable images leading back to my page, I prefer for you to credit me on the page you use it on.
- Use the art as your icon on DeviantArt and offsite (even if the art piece was not made as an icon)! I highly appreciate credit.
- Use the art on the reference sheet of the depicted character. In this case, credit is mandatory.
- Reupload the art to your own account - I don't really encourage this on DeviantArt, but if you must, then you can. Credit is absolutely mandatory!
- Use the art for your personal, non-commercial purposes. For example, you may print the art and put it on your wall, you may use it as your desktop or phone background, put it on a shirt, a mug, anything, as long as this is for your personal use and you're not making money out of it.
- When selling, trading, gifting or co-owning the character I drew art of, link the art to the new owner of the character so that they may use it according to these terms.
You may not
- Claim the art as your own and say you made it.
- Trace over the art (unless, of course, you bought a sketch from me specifically to lineart it) or heavily reference it in some way.
- Recolour or heavily edit the art piece.
- Reupload the image, onsite or offsite, without credit.
- Use the art for commercial purposes. For example, selling prints of the art piece, selling objects with the artwork as a design on it, and so on. You may not make profit off my art.
That means that the piece of art was in no way intended for you, and does not contain any of your characters.
You may
- ASK me about using it in videos. Depending on the circumstances, I might say yes.
- You may take inspiration from my work, and that's fine! However, please don't trace or make a carbon copy of my artworks, especially if you didn't ask and didn't give credit - it's incredibly disrespectful. If you're unsure, just ask me! It saves us both a lot of emotions.
You may not
- Use my art on roleplay sites if the character is not yours.
- Claim my personal characters as your own and use artwork I (or others) made of them.
- Claim the art as your own and say you made it.
- Use the art on your DeviantArt page, in your journal, etc., as decoration.
- Use the art as your icon on DeviantArt and offsite.
- Trace over the art, heavily reference from it, or copy it in any way. Taking inspiration is fine, but there's a line, and it's easy to cross.
- Recolour or edit the art piece in any way.
- Reupload the image, onsite or offsite. Even with credit, I do not want my art uploaded to your personal accounts when the art is not for you.
- Use the art for commercial purposes. For example, selling prints of the art piece, selling objects with the artwork as a design on it, and so on. You may not make profit off my art.

Considering offers on most characters
I barely draw most of them, and many of them I've lost connection to over the years. This group in particular: https://toyhou.se/Vuurstern/characters/tags:1/extagged:forever%20homed Note that out of them, these particular characters would probably be harder to obtain: https://toyhou.se/Vuurstern/characters/tags:1/taga:1/tagged:like%20them%20more%20than%20average Not everyone has prices, if they don't, feel free to ask or make an offer! I will be less likely to take low offers on the "like them more than average" group, though. I am only accepting money at the time, MAYBE art if we follow each other. I've been left waiting on too many character payments in the past. On the off chance that I accept art from you, you need to complete the payment IN FULL before you are given the character. I am not looking for other characters, as I already don't have energy to draw much and would prefer to focus on a smaller group of my currently existing characters. Do NOT offer outside this linked
Newed Years
Girl help this was 2019's overview journal I miss the lines so much please let me have them back DeviantArt. Actually I'm going to copy them from previous journals brb nevermind that didn't work this is so sad. Anyway let's go 2020's resolutions In 2020, I would like to: - h ✔️ - Get a job. Fingers crossed. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase hire me I DID IT I worked for half a year total in 2020, which isn't bad considering I got laid off in lockdown which wasn't my fault, and they hired me back, so I should be set for a while. - Uh. Draw. I don't even want to tell myself to draw more often, just. Draw. Keep drawing. Draw at least one thing a month so that I may continue to do the yearly art overview I drew a thing every month. Good Enough - Draw a bit more traditionally. Just a smidge. Just a little bit I did this in January. And then I stopped. But I did it just a little bit - Draw a human, like. Once. Do it I also did that! Once. Or twice. - Have at least one little trip abroad, depending on
Secret Santa Event Wishlist
[NOTE: This is a wishlist for Secret Santas, in particular the one for @CandyCane-Lane and other events I may enter this year. This is NOT meant to be a general wishlist - if you want to draw a gift for someone, there are other people who would love to receive a surprise gift! Not that I wouldn't appreciate it, but there are many people who don't get as much attention as they should. Give them some love!] Link to the event in question Hi hello yes. All my active characters are animals. I will give a few suggestions on drawing ideas that would work for them, but of course, if you just want to draw a character without an environment, that is okay too! The characters I would like to receive art of are: Bienie (reference sheet) and/or Roxi (reference sheet). Personality and physical descriptions can be found in their Toyhou.se pages! They are both very important characters to me. They can be drawn together or alone. Feel free to draw them hanging out or being cosy! They are both
Just life updates, not really important
Whoops, my art updates have become very sporadic, I noticed. Hi! Figured it might not be bad to talk about what I've been up to, for those who still look at journals. This isn't important or anything, just personal stuff. It has been literal ages since I had the time to comb through my inbox and see what people I watch have uploaded, and it sucks. I've lost all overview with Eclipse, somehow? If I haven't commented on your work in ages, that's why. It's really hard to begin to tackle, especially when all my energy is spent elsewhere. I started a new job a month ago now, and it's... something. I currently work in COVID-19 contact tracing, that is, calling people who have tested positive for COVID, gathering their recent contacts, then calling those people and giving them a code so they can get tested. All of this happens over the phone, which is... not my forte. Spoken language is not my strong point. It exhausts me, but for now, there are not a lot of other job options. Plus, it's
